Enhanced certificate tracking and learner insights

We’ve updated the certificate stats display to better reflect when learners receive the same certificate multiple times, whether from the same or different path sessions. You’ll find these updates in the Certificates chip and the Certificates section of a learner’s profile.

In the Certificates chip, clicking on a specific path certificate displays each learner’s latest certificate in a single line. Clicking on a learner’s name gives you more details (as shown on the screenshot below), including all instances the certificate was earned, delivery date, expiration date, path name, path session, status, and whether it was earned in a path with automatic re-enrollment.

Certificates.jpeg

The Certificates section in the learner’s profile now provides a quick overview of certificate details with new columns: path name, session title, status, delivery date, and expiration date.

AI moderation

Platform admins can now activate AI moderation to automatically archive harmful comments (where we define "harmful" as "text content including language that promotes violence, hate, illegal activities, misinformation, self-harm, exploitation, or harassment, causing physical, emotional, or societal harm").

When a comment is published and is considered by AI to be harmful, several things happen:

  1. After 10 seconds, the comment is unpublished.
  2. An email is sent to the creator of the comment, explaining that the comment is under review.
  3. An email is sent to the admin of the group in which the comment was published, where they can unarchive the comment.

This feature is activated on-demand only for now. Contact your Client Success Partner (CSP) if you’re interested.

Rethink on AI-generated visuals

We weren’t satisfied with the success of Dall-E images from AI-created courses (users changed the course cover image in 70% of cases, and the cheat sheet images in 55%), so we’ve gone back to a simpler, less costly, generation engine (a mix of ChatGPT and Unsplash) until we find something that actually makes a difference.

New carousel controls for better navigation

You can now pause the carousel anytime to enjoy the content at your own pace, and navigate using the “next” and “previous” buttons displayed below the slides. We've also improved the button contrast for better visibility.

Accessibility updates

We’ve wrapped up some updates to improve accessibility across the platform, creating a smoother and more inclusive experience for everyone. These changes include:

  • 👀 Adding new icons for recent and private groups in the left navigation panel, with adjusted colors to meet contrast requirements.
  • ⌨️ Adding simple visual indicators to several elements to improve keyboard-only users ease of navigation.
  • 🔔 Improving the notification button at the top right of the platform to ensure screen readers can identify it as interactive and understand the number of notifications displayed.
  • 🔧 Updating the backend of the filters button to allow screen readers to recognize the number of filters applied.

New button to add activities

Course authors can now add activities by clicking on a single button + ADD ACTIVITY at the bottom of the activity list in courses. This opens a modal with a list of all possible activities.

This replaces the 2019 feeling of the current interface.

Skills updates

Filtered skills dashboard

Admins and managers can now apply filters to the skills dashboard. All 3 levels of the table (Skill libraries / Skills / Users) are now filterable on:

  • Registration date
  • Groups
  • Custom fields
  • Jobs

Recommended paths

For users who have the Skills solution activated, the section "Recommended based on your skills profile" on the homepage now displays paths on top of courses.

Better course tagging

We improved the way we tag courses with skills, focusing on tagging only the most relevant ones and avoiding skills duplication.

Integrations updates

Go1 connector: more accurate course tracking

We’ve upgraded our Go1 integration to improve progress tracking and provide near real-time statistics when learners complete courses.

Previously, launching a Go1 course from 360Learning marked it as Completed with 0% progress. We’ve updated this so that progress starts at 50% and the course remains marked as incomplete until a learner finishes it, providing a more accurate reflection of their progress. When the learner completes the course on Go1, the course is marked as Completed and the statistics are synced from Go1 to 360Learning in near real-time.

We’ve also improved how the time spent is calculated. The time spent by the learner will now be the minimum between:

  • The theoretical course duration
  • The time difference between the last activity (course completion event) and the first activity (course launch)

Note: These updates are available on the web app starting today. The mobile apps will be updated in the next mobile release to include the same improvements to course progress tracking, ensuring a consistent experience across all platforms.

For more information about the Go1 integration, check out the following articles:

Edflex connector: updated logo

We’ve updated Edflex’s logo on our platform to reflect their recent rebranding.

Core product updates

Self-serve DKIM setup for custom email senders

Email authentication for custom email senders is now streamlined with in-product DKIM record generation and verification.

DKIM↗ (DomainKeys Identified Mail) confirms that emails come from an authorized sender and haven't been altered, ensuring notifications reach the inbox.

With this new feature, admins managing groups with custom sender email addresses can:

  • Generate DKIM records (in CSV format) directly from the advanced group settings.
  • Verify DKIM status to ensure the setup is complete and functioning after adding the DKIM records to the company’s DNS.

Configure DKIM.jpeg

This update helps meet the latest requirements from Gmail↗ and Yahoo↗, reduces spam risks, and improves deliverability. You’ll avoid bounce rates, maintain a strong email reputation, and have full control over your custom email setup—without needing to contact our fabulous Support team!

This feature does not modify any existing custom sender setups, including already verified DKIM or SPF configurations.

New Report: Path Migration Report

To help improve clarity during the migration from Programs to Paths, we’ve created a CSV report that maps newly created paths to their original programs. This report is automatically generated immediately after the migration process and will be available across all environments (staging, containers, and production). If you would like to receive a copy of this report after it had been generated, please contact your CSP.

Other core product updates

  • 📈 We improved the readability on line charts across the platform by adding new line styles and new point styles.

  • ⌨️ We’ve improved accessibility on the platform with backend updates that don’t affect the design or appearance:
    • We updated the left navigation panel to make it easier to navigate between groups with assistive tools like screen readers and keyboard shortcuts.
    • We made filters in the right filter panel keyboard accessible.
    • We added missing screen reader definitions to several buttons across the platform, improving accessibility for screen reader users.

Skills updates

Managers and admins can now export skills as a .csv file from the skills dashboard (accessible when clicking the Skills chip at the top of the page).

eCommerce updates

Token-Based Paths for eCommerce

Admins can now purchase tokens for specific paths via the BigCommerce portal and allocate them to learners. Tokens control access to paths by limiting the number of users who can be assigned or self-enroll.

  • Tokens can be purchased in any quantity (minimum of 1, no maximum).

  • Token balances are displayed per path, making it easy to track availability.

AI assistance → Prompt engineering

Following the hiccup from October 2nd, you may have noticed we released this feature earlier than the release day! Here’s a recap:

We renamed the settings menu from "AI assistance" to "Prompt engineering".

Admins now also have more options to tweak the output of their prompt when creating a course with AI. Those include, for the Company Culture tab:

  • Detail granularity (Very concise ↔ Very detailed)
  • Creativity (Creative ↔ Factual).
  • Rationality (Rational ↔ Inspiring).
  • Formality (Very formal ↔ Very casual).
  • Humour (Never ↔ Often).
  • Using inclusive writing.
  • Applying text highlight.
  • Applying brand colors.
  • Using emojis (Never ↔ Often).
  • Preferential language variations (for English, French, Spanish and Portuguese).

For the Compliance tab, you can (but don’t have to) specify instructions for:

    • Data Protection
    • Corruption & Fraud
    • Labor and Employment Protection
    • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
    • Environmental, Social & Governance
    • Privacy Policy

In each of those subsections, you can use a generic prompt or one adapted to EU, US or UK. All prompts are manually editable.

For the Pedagogy tab:

  • The Course info prompt is now divided into Course title and Course summary, for each of which you can give a specific prompt.
  • New Pedagogical plans, which shape the course structure:
    • Thematic
    • Chronological
    • Objective-based
    • Skills-based
    • Inverted pyramid

Course table of contents: new icons + drag & drop

You may have noticed we also released a few sweets ahead of the official date, regarding the table of contents in courses:

  • Questions now have a small icon on the left of their name, to help spot them faster in the list of activities.
  • The drag & drop of activities is more fluid and explicit.

Other core product updates

  • As part of our commitment to accessibility, we’ve made behind-the-scenes updates to help screen readers recognize buttons as a sequence, making navigation easier for all users. You won’t see any visual changes—the design stays the same.
  • We updated the instructions for the open questions, to clarify what reviewers can actually do.
  • When clicking on the course restart button (the arrow in the shape of a circle), we now display a warning specifying that clicking will erase the current progress — not refresh the contents of the course 😬
  • Also, did you know this release was v111? Pretty mindslapping.

Skills updates

Skill libraries

Managers and admins now have access to a table listing all skill libraries in their skill dashboard. This table shows:

  • the average skill gap per library;
  • the average percentage of assessments;
  • and the number of skills contained in the library.

Clicking on a library shows, per skill and across users who possess that skill:

  • the average skill gap;
  • the average level;
  • the number of experts (users with the highest possible level).

Clicking on a skill shows, per user:

  • the list of their current jobs;
  • their current level on the selected skill;
  • the validation status;
  • the skill gap (difference between the user’s current mastery level and the expected level).

Other skill updates

  • 💽 The auto-tagging of skills now use the taxonomies from Lightcast.io. We have observed this new source creates more distinct skills (with less redundancy), and with clearer categories.
  • 🕷 You can now click on the job card (or, to use the flourish term: the spider-chart) to see the details per skill.
  • 👀 In the skill gap page, you can now click on the name of a skill to see its details.

Globalization updates

Enhanced language code support for localized languages

We’ve updated 360Learning’s language code system to support 5-letter language codes. This will enable the use of localized languages (i.e., “es-MX” for Mexican Spanish, “fr-CA” for French Canadian). This allows us to support specific regional languages, and provides better flexibility in translating and selecting languages on the platform.

Additional languages for translations

You can now translate your training content into Mongolian, and Brazilian Portuguese.

Integrations updates

Enhanced OpenSesame integration for course retakes and certification tracking

We’ve enhanced our OpenSesame integration to track each time learners retake completed courses on 360Learning.

Previously, after completing a course synchronized by the OpenSesame connector, only one attempt was saved when learners relaunched it from 360Learning. Now, each time a learner restarts a completed course, a new attempt is created and tracked separately.

With this update, a learner who has already completed an OpenSesame course can now earn a new certificate with each retake, providing up-to-date proof of completion. To enable this:

Group admins and coaches can track all completed attempts and certificates in the 360Learning stats, making it easier to maintain accurate records and support compliance and periodic recertification.

New option for automatic re-enrollment

Path editors can now automatically re-enroll learners based on the expiration date of their certificate (if they have one). This enhancement offers greater flexibility to ensure learners maintain up-to-date certifications.

Under the Automatic re-enrollment setting, path editors can now choose between two options:

  • Next certificate expiration date (new): To re-enroll learners a specified number of days before their certificate expires (e.g., 30 days prior).
  • Last completion date of this path (existing): To re-enroll learners based on when they last completed the path session.

Automatic re-enrollment.jpeg

AI prompt enhancements featuring a new glossary

In the group settings, we've renamed the "AI Assistance" menu to Prompt Engineering and added a new Glossary section under Company Culture.

Group admins can use the Glossary to add custom keywords, enhancing their prominence in content generation and improving video transcription accuracy.

Searchable video transcripts

Search results now include video transcripts, meaning that both video titles and content are indexed for a more comprehensive search experience.

Other core product updates

  • ⏳ We've increased the activity suspension delay to 30 minutes (up from 15 minutes). See this article for a reminder of this remarkable mechanic.
  • 🔍 The See all button, previously visible only on hover in certain sections of the home and group pages, is now always displayed and accessible via keyboard (Tab + Enter), allowing easy access to the full list of items in those sections.

Skills updates

Enhanced skills management

  • 🗑️ Admins can now delete qualifiers without needing to contact their Customer Success Partner (CSP).
  • ⚙️ Admins can now trigger AI skill detection from a job page and apply skills if no results are found.
  • 🎯 Users can now see the expected skill level required for their job while assessing their skills.

API updates

New behavior for API-imported courses from selected external platforms

By default, when an external course imported via the POST importExternalCourses API is launched from the 360Learning web app, it is automatically marked as completed with 0% progress recorded.

We've added exceptions to this behavior. Now, if the externalPlatform path variable is set to Cornerstone, GoFluent, SAP SuccessFactors LXP, Workday, or 360Learning Bridge, the attempt will remain open, the course will stay "in progress" after launch, and the learner's progress will start at 1%.

This change provides a more accurate reflection of learners' progress from the moment they begin a course.

Skills: job management from the user profile

Admins can now add and remove jobs directly from the user settings profile. This should allow for more flexible management, and not relying solely on API automations.

AI assistance → Prompt engineering (⚠ delayed)

September 30th edit: we are not happy with the results of our latest tests on this feature, and decided to delay the deployment until we are. This should be later this year, but we don’t want to overpromise at this point.

We renamed the settings menu "AI assistance" to "Prompt engineering".

Admins now also have more options to tweak the output of their prompt when creating a course with AI. Those include, for the Company Culture tab:

  • Detail granularity (Very concise ↔ Very detailed)
  • Creativity (Creative ↔ Factual).

These enhancements allow for better access and security management during the self-registration process.

Add courses to multiple group catalogs and libraries

Edit September 10th: We’ve identified an issue with this feature during final testing on our staging environment. As a result, the release is delayed, and the feature will remain inactive until the issue is resolved. We apologize for the late notice.

We've introduced bulk management options for catalogs and libraries. Now, whether you're an admin, coach, or author, you can quickly add courses to multiple groups' catalogs and libraries directly from the Courses view on the homepage.

The courses view has also been updated to match the design of group pages.

Other core product updates

  • 📝 Suggested questions release: The “Suggested questions” feature in courses has now been officially released and is no longer in Beta.

  • 🧑‍🧑‍🧒 Audience builder release: The “Enroll learners” feature in paths has now been officially released and is no longer in Beta.

  • ✨ Updates to the classrooms statistics page: We've refreshed the design with clearer buttons for key actions like exporting stats and accessing slot attendance. You can now also reorder and resize columns for a more personalized view.

Integrations updates

More accurate LinkedIn Learning course tracking

Previously, launching a LinkedIn Learning course from 360Learning marked it as Completed with 0% progress. We’ve updated this so that progress starts at 1% and the course remains marked as incomplete until you finish it, providing a more accurate reflection of your course progress.

For learners who started a course before September 11th, 2024:

  • If we don’t receive an update from LinkedIn Learning (for example, if the learner did not continue the course), the course will remain marked as completed with a progress of 0%.
  • If we do receive an update from LinkedIn Learning (for example, if the learner continues or completes the course), the course progress and completion will be updated accordingly.

Updated time tracking for OpenSesame courses

For OpenSesame courses completed after September 11th, the time spent will now be recorded only for the first attempt.

SLA updates

We’ve updated our Service Level Agreements (SLAs), which apply to all customers, unless your specific contract provides for different Service Levels — in which case, the terms of your contract will remain applicable until the parties agree to update the documentation.

Our new Service Levels, which depend on the level of support subscribed, are available in our updated Technical Documentation.

Data Connect updates

Transition from "skills" to "tags"

Edit September 11th, 2024: This section was not included of the original release notes published on September 4th.

On July 10th, 2024, we replaced “skills” with “tags” across our platform. This change is now reflected in the Data Connect solution, which includes a new table and columns named “Tags”.

Please note that the existing table and columns named “Skills” will be removed on October 14th.

Actions required before October 14th:

August 21st, 2024 (v107)

Core product updates

Support for multi-platform user accounts

Users can now use the same email address across multiple separate platforms! This feature is available to all users, no matter how they were added to the platform—whether by invitation, manual setup, CSV import, API, or integrations.

While users can have the same email across different platforms, within each platform a user cannot have more than one account with the same email. Email aliases still remain useful for handling multiple accounts on a single platform.

This update is part of our ongoing efforts to improve user experience and provide greater flexibility in managing accounts across multiple platforms.

Extended capabilities when generating a quiz in a path

We've expanded the capabilities of the automated quiz generation feature in paths. Previously, quizzes could only be created from sheets and video transcripts. Now, quizzes can also be generated from a wider range of media activities, including documents in .PDF, .DOCX, and .PPTX.

Please note that the automated quiz feature is being rolled out progressively, so it may not be immediately available to all users yet.

Full platform domain customization now in core product

Platform admins can now customize the platform's full domain directly within the core product, ensuring consistent branding across the platform. Previously, this feature was only available through the Customization solution.

For private groups, the ability to customize the URL subdomain remains unchanged and continues to be included in the core product.

Improved warning for mass-email notifications

To help prevent “mass-emailing incidents”, we've improved the warning message shown to admins when their action will notify a large number of users.

The message displayed when a group is tagged —regardless of its size— has been updated. We've also added a warning that is displayed when an admin or coach attempts to send a message on a group forum or in the newsfeed, if more than 1,000 people could potentially receive the email.

Blocking email reminders during weekends

To comply with “right to disconnect” policies and respect user downtime, platform admins can now block specific reminder emails from being sent between Saturday 12 AM to Monday 12 AM Central European Time (UTC+1). Emails blocked during this period will not be saved or delivered later—they will be permanently lost. All other emails will continue to be sent as usual.

For details on which emails are blocked and how to activate this feature, see Block email reminders during weekends.

Accessing a learner's answers on a course from the path statistics page

To enhance access to a learner's answers for courses within a path, we've added Question Type and Answer columns to the path stats page. To view them, go to the statistics page of a path, and under either the Completion by step or Individual results sections, select a course, a user, and an attempt.

These updates allow you to:

  • Sort answers by question type for better organization.
  • Preview the start of written answers for open questions.
  • See full answers by clicking View details.
  • For open-ended questions, correct answers pending evaluation after clicking View details.

We've also improved the scoring display with a timer icon (clock.svg) for open-ended questions that must be corrected by an evaluator and a dash (-) for opinion questions with no right or wrong answers.

Other core product updates

  • ✨ Updates to the users statistics page: We've refreshed the design of the users' statistics page, with clear buttons for key actions like creating or deleting users. You can now also reorder and resize columns for a more personalized view.
  • 🪪 VAT ID field added: We’ve added a field for your VAT ID number during account creation and registration. Your VAT ID number will also appear on all generated invoices, ensuring clear and compliant billing documentation.
  • 🚨 Improved SSO error messaging: We've updated the wording that appears for errors during SSO login. Instead of displaying unformatted code, the error message is now displayed with simpler text, allowing users to better understand what caused the error (i.e., Account not found, invalid signature, etc.)
  • 💡 Coaching submissions filter update: We received feedback about confusion when filtering coaching submissions for sessions. To mitigate this, we've changed the text on the filter option from “sessions” to “program sessions”.
  • ✍️ Commenting window update: The popup window that appears when adding a comment in the platform is now titled “Post a Comment”.

API updates

Skills updates

Custom skill gap spider charts

You can now customize your skill gap analysis by switching views between Library (showing aggregated gaps by skills libraries) and Skills, and filtering the chart to display only the libraries or skills you're interested in.

Learners can now also access their job details and associated skills by clicking Job details at the top of the skill gap page.

Real-time data synchronization

We’ve introduced real-time synchronization for seamless updates between 360Learning and Skills. Changes to user data, group details, and training information for courses and paths are almost instantly reflected on both platforms.

Skills translation

You can now translate jobs, skills, libraries of skills, and qualifiers directly within the Skills platform.

July 31st, 2024 (v107)

Core product updates

New default platform colors

Newly created platforms and those without custom branding are getting a fresh new look with updated default colors:

  • Main color: #212227
  • Left bar background: #FBF6F2

If you've already customized your platform colors, don't worry, your settings will remain unchanged.

Opt-out hack: If you prefer to keep the previous default colors, you can customize your platform using the old default values:

    • Main color: #2567F4
    • Left bar background: #FAFAFD

Revamped group and general dashboards

We've redesigned both the group and general dashboards to track platform performance more effectively.

  • We've introduced a new section displaying path session activity data, which includes the following graphs:
    • Path sessions activity by attendance: Shows the percentage of assigned path sessions that learners started within the specified date range.
    • Path sessions activity by completion: Indicates the percentage of assigned path sessions that learners completed, irrespective of the path success criteria, during the specified date range.
    • Path sessions activity by success: Displays the percentage of assigned path sessions that learners completed, meeting all path success criteria, within the specified date range.
  • We've also renamed several graphs and added descriptions for better clarity and accessibility.
    • Active users is now User activity by courses played. This graph displays the number of users who accessed at least one course within the specified date range, anywhere on the platform.
    • Average connections per active user is now User activity by connections. It shows the average number of connections per user within the specified date range, anywhere on the platform.
    • Average training time per active user is now User activity by training time. It indicates the average time spent on courses per user within the specified date range, anywhere on the platform.

Path AI quiz

Path authors can now use AI to generate a quiz based on all (or part of) the contents of a path. You can select which path courses to use as source, as well as the maximum number of questions.

We’re rolling this feature out progressively over the next few weeks. Rest assured if you don’t see it yet, you will soon!

Improved navigation for playing courses and paths

We've enhanced the course and path navigation to make your learning journey smoother. Now, clicking CONTINUE on miniviews takes you straight back where you left off in your course or path activity.

Skills: career and jobs

All users can now access the Career tab in their personal settings, showing their current jobs, target jobs, and previous jobs.

A job is defined as a set of skills, for which users can see a graph showing the difference between their current level and the expected level.

Other core product updates

  • 🤸‍♀️ We updated the platform animation that appears while content or data is being loaded.
  • ✍️ We renamed the buttons Add learners and Add groups to Assign learners and Assign groups, in the path session edition page.
  • 💫 We switched around the order of login buttons in the sign-in page. The “Log in with password” option now appears before the “Log in without a password” option.
  • 👀 We added a VIEW RESULTS button in the course thumbnails, in the tab Completed of the My work section in the homepage. This allows users to view the activities of a course completed outside of a path. See View a completed path, program, or course →

Integrations updates

OpenSesame: tracking updates

We've updated the progress in CSV exports and the last activity date for OpenSesame courses. Now, users with access to OpenSesame course statistics can see:

  • The progress in the CSV course exports, instead of only in the course dashboard.
  • The Last activity date in the course statistics, which now reflects the most recent launch of OpenSesame courses from 360Learning.

Core product updates

New release time

Starting with this update, new releases will be available at noon, Central European Time (CET), every 3 weeks. This time change aims to ensure a smooth update process that minimizes downtime for all users.

From "skills" to "tags"

We've renamed "skills" to "tags" on our platform. Here's why:

  • We're gearing up to introduce a major new feature called "skills" soon, and having two features with identical names might be confusing (trust us, it's definitely a bad idea!).
  • Plus, "tags" better captures the broad scope of content categorization, giving you more freedom to organize your content, your way! Whether you're searching, reporting, or managing your courses, paths, and activities, tags are here to simplify your workflow.

Refreshed branding for new and generic platforms

July 5th edit: Please note that the color changes have been postponed and will take effect on July 31st. For details on the old and new default colors and how to change your platform colors, see Customize the colors of your platform.

We've refreshed our platform's look with updated branding elements. You'll notice changes to the default platform logo, login page image, and colors across all newly created platforms and those that haven't applied custom branding. By aligning our branding closely with our identity, we're committed to delivering a cohesive and engaging user experience.

New login page

If you have already customized your logo, login page image, and colors, these changes won't affect your platform.

Automatic path re-enrollment

July 11th update: This feature is currently in open-beta. It is available to all clients, but it will need to be activated by your CSP.

We are excited to announce the release of a highly requested feature: Automatic re-enrollment for paths!

Learners can now be automatically re-enrolled in path sessions based on the completion date of their previous session. This feature is designed to ensure that learners maintain their certifications by automatically re-enrolling them in required training paths.

Example: If a learner completed a training path on August 15th, 2023, and the settings are configured as follows:

  • Next Due Date: August 15th, 2024 (one year after the last completion date)
  • Re-Enrollment Date: July 15th, 2024 (one month before the Next Due Date)

The learner would be re-enrolled in the same path session on July 15th, 2024, and would need to complete it by August 15th, 2024.

path re-enrollment.gif

This new feature aims to streamline the compliance training process and ensure that learners remain up-to-date with their certifications.

Filter the paths and courses lists by author

With just a few clicks, you can now filter the paths and courses lists by author and co-authors to quickly find content created by specific authors. Whether you’re looking for material from your favorite author or searching for statistics on your own content, this filter makes it easy to pinpoint exactly what you need.

Manager dashboard improvements

We've made 2 improvements to the manager dashboard:

  • Responsive design: The dashboard now goes full width and automatically adjusts to your screen size. You can view more columns without horizontal scrolling.
  • Clear date filter: We've added a sentence about the date filter to clarify that it's based on the user enrollment date. This update eliminates ambiguity and ensures accurate data management.

Hide the newsfeed on the homepage for all users

Platform admins now have the option to hide the newsfeed by default on the homepage for all users, ensuring key trainings or company-branded content are seen first.

Users can still expand or hide the newsfeed, and their preference will be remembered for future visits.

Improved accessibility

In our effort to enhance digital accessibility, we’ve removed the tooltip previously associated with "X total active users" on both the group and general dashboard activity charts. Instead, we've replaced the text with "Total of unique active users on the selected time range". This update eliminates barriers related to hover interactions, making dashboard information more accessible and understandable for all users.

Other core product updates

  • We improved the message sent to users when their email address was changed on platforms using mixed SSO, we added this mention: “If you connect to your training platform via your company’s authentication portal, please ignore this message”.
  • Added the ability to search in the UCF field on the self-registration form.
  • At the top of the detailed statistics for a given course, when you click on the number of paths including the course, you can now click on any path to directly access its page.

Globalization updates

Automatically redirect to newly added languages

To improve the user experience when adding new languages, we’ve implemented a slight change to how you access those newly added languages.

Authors/Co-authors adding a new language in the “Manage languages” table for courses, paths, or tags (formerly known as skills) are redirected to the page of the table where the language is added. When adding multiple languages, you are redirected to the page of the table where the 1st language was added (according to the table sorting).

Core product updates

Skills: recommended content

If the new skills feature is activated on your platform, users can now access recommended content from their personal skills dashboard. This will open a search results page filtered on the related skill.

Improved navigation between tables on the manager dashboard

We've redesigned the navigation between tables in the Results section of the manager dashboard. Switching between tables that display the results by user completion, user score, training results, and user synthesis is now more intuitive.

New column for path dashboard statistics: Session title

On the detailed path statistics page, we've added a new Session title column to the Individual data table. You can now instantly see which session a user is enrolled in, without needing to filter through the right-side panel.

Role-based display with the custom CSS and HTML feature

We've introduced a new role-user property for the Custom CSS/HTML feature. Now, you can display custom CSS and HTML on your homepage or group page based on the user’s highest role.

Updated carousel design

For better readability and a more visually appealing experience, we've updated the design for the carousel. Now, when the carousel displays the postcard layout with the image on the left side of the slide and the accompanying text on the right of the slide:

  • Bigger titles and descriptions make the content easier to read.
  • A consistent white background for text ensures visibility, regardless of the platform background color.
  • The call-to-action button is vertically centered, keeping it aligned with the content for a clean look.

Other core product updates

  • On the platform, we made minor updates to the AI features icons and the pointer for Pick-a-point questions.
  • The “Reset password” email now matches the new email framework used across the platform.

Integrations updates

Advanced Group Synchronization: new rule for the fallback group

When updating the Advanced Group Synchronization rules, you can no longer select the integration group as a fallback group. To ensure efficient synchronization, we recommend setting up a dedicated fallback group specifically created to accommodate users that do not match any rules.

Zoom and Teams integration: clearer guidance on attendance threshold

We've removed the tooltip and updated the copy on the Zoom and Teams integration pages to adhere to accessibility guidelines and provide clear information about the group attendance threshold. This straightforward design makes it easier for everyone, especially those using assistive technologies, to understand and use the attendance threshold feature effectively.

We're always working to make our platform more intuitive and accessible for everyone. For more information about our commitment to accessibility, check out our Digital Accessibility Statement.

Core product updates

Enhanced manager dashboard

We've revamped the manager dashboard to better support the stats for courses or sessions in which learners have self-enrolled, and provide actionable data for a broader range of users. With the enhanced dashboard, managers can now:

  • View the self enrollment stats in the same format as assigned trainings.
  • Use flexible filters to switch between different training types.
  • Track your team's progress in a single, comprehensive table featuring 4 tabs: Completion by user, Score by user, Results by training, and Synthesis by user.
  • See the number of courses and paths that each team member has started, and the time spent on them in the new Synthesis by user tab.

Enhanced manager dashboard.jpeg

For more information about the enhanced manager dashboard, see Track the statistics for your managees.

Schedule the display of configurable widgets

Plan ahead and program your group communications with our new scheduling feature for configurable widgets! Group admins can now set start and/or end dates for the following widgets:

The widgets will automatically appear on the group page to all users based on the set dates.

Skills: history and search

If the new skills feature is activated on your platform, users can now access the history of events related to a specific skill.

They can also use skills to filter search results for courses, paths, program sessions and activities.

File size limit for upload: 4GB

We added a hard limit to the size of uploaded files in the platform (see Add a document to a course and Add a video to a course). We used to have no limit, which could be abused 😕

Most similar solutions have an upload size limit under 2GB, so there should still be plenty of room.

June 4th edit: This section wasn’t part of the release note published on May 22nd. I’m adding it now for transparency, along with my apologies for the overlook. — Flavien

Other core product updates

  • When you enter a link for a carousel slide or a gallery block, you can now click Open link to quickly check for incorrect links or typos before saving your configuration.
  • We’ve improved the visibility of search text when your branding main color is dark. Now, when you search for a group in the left navigation sidebar, the typed text automatically adjusts to white or black based on your branding colors.
  • When viewing reports of path stats, the Step # Time Spent & Time Spent fields will now be calculated using the reported attendance duration from Zoom/Teams where it’s available.
  • The deprecated Invitations feature has been removed. It has been replaced with the Invited Users feature since November of last year. Click here to learn more.

Globalization updates

Translate the gallery on your group page

During the last release, we introduced the Gallery widget. Now, you can translate the gallery into other languages to keep your group page globalized. The gallery automatically displays the blocs in the language of the user's platform.

Other Globalization updates

  • In the Manage Languages tab, the source language will always be displayed at the top of the list of languages.

Integration updates

HRIS connectors: Improved advanced group synchronization rules

We've modified the group assignment behavior for HRIS connectors to ensure users are not inadvertently removed from groups they should belong to.

Previously, any rule targeting a public group required a duplicate rule targeting its parent groups until a private group was reached. Otherwise, users matching the rule for a public subgroup (Group B), but not its parent group (Group A), were removed from both groups during the following sync cycles.

The new behavior ensures that:

  • Users matching the rule for the public subgroup (Group B), but not its parent group (Group A), will remain in both groups across all syncs.
  • Users initially in the parent group (Group A), who only match the rule for the public subgroup (Group B), will also remain in both groups across all syncs.

Core product updates

Introducing the gallery widget on group pages

A gallery is a row of up to 3 image blocks in a group page. But a gallery is more than just images! It's a storytelling tool that allows you to curate a custom experience for your learners. Each image block is accompanied by a brief caption and a hidden link to an online resource. By adding a gallery to your group page, you can:

  • Create an engaging visual section to showcase images related to your brand.
  • Categorize the content of your group page by redirecting your learners to a filtered search results page or some new training content.
  • Guide your learners to relevant resources beyond your platform by adding a link to an external URL.
  • Enable direct communication between you and your learners by including a mailto link that allows learners to easily send an email from their own address to any recipient you specify.

Improved path assessments for managers

We’ve made some improvements to assessments for managers and learners.

Managers can now dive into detailed stats of a subpath, and the elements within that subpath, for a given learner to see if a learner had problems with a step.

Learners can see the status of each of their assessments from the path homepage.

New date filter for Paths custom reports: Add learner start date

To track which learners have started a given path within a specific date range, filter your Paths custom reports with the ADD LEARNER START DATE filter.

Skills, REVAMPED! — continued

The new Skills feature is being progressively deployed. You can find the basic features here →

Contact your Client Success Partner (CSP) if you want to activate it on your platform.

Other core product updates

  • We updated placeholder text when creating groups to better represent the feature.
  • We reworded the error message that appears when a group ID has the wrong format in the user CSV import (it’s now a popin detailing the exact problem, instead of a generic orange error message at the bottom of the screen).

Integrations updates

Update: OpenSesame connector

Before, when a learner launched an OpenSesame course from their 360Learning platform, the course was immediately marked as Completed in 360Learning, with a progress of 0%. We’ve updated this behavior to better reflect the completion status of the course in 360Learning.

Now, when a learner clicks START on the course homepage in 360Learning, the course is moved to the Ongoing section in the learner's homepage, with a progress set to 50%.

When the learner completes the course in OpenSesame, the course is marked as Completed and the statistics are updated in 360Learning in almost real time.

Globalization updates

Additional languages for translations

You can now translate your training content into Sinhala, Marathi, and Estonian.

Translated skills displayed in search filters

In the search results page, you can now see the Skills filter in your platform language instead of the default language (if the skill is available in your language).

Other Globalization updates

  • To allow for better readability, we have made some minor changes to the Manage Languages page for Skills, Courses, and Paths.

Simplify logging in to multiple platforms with Magic Link

We’ve added the ability to quickly access multiple platforms without needing to remember alias emails/passwords!

When the user logs in, they have the option to login with Magic Link. When logging in with Magic Link, they will only need to enter an email address (with or without alias) and they will then receive an email with links to access all of their assigned platforms.

You can enable this feature in the platform settings under Advanced → Activate login with Magic Link. Enabling this feature will add the LOGIN WITH A MAGIC LINK option to the login screen.

Skills, REVAMPED!

We’re cooking a major rehaul of skills (which include jobs and proficiency levels). Admins will progressively see new sections appear in their interface, and we’re updating the Knowledge Base accordingly.

Enroll your managees in paths

To decentralize learning assignments and empower managers to upskill the learners in their teams, managers can now enroll their managees in path sessions from the manager dashboard.

Make Custom Fields mandatory during self-registration

When customizing the self-registration form, you can now make custom fields mandatory.

In the Add custom fields section of the Self-registration settings, enable the option Mandatory response. With this setting enabled, users will be required to fill out the custom field(s) before they can submit their self-registration.

Customization updates

New optional branding setting: The primary group

Platform admins can now assign a primary group to a learner's profile to select the primary branding of their platform on pages that are not related to any group.

If a learner belongs to multiple groups with different brandings, the colors of the group selected as the primary group apply to:

You can assign the primary group to learners in multiple ways:

The primary group is an optional setting. When the primary group is not set, the branding of the lowest private common ancestor group applies by default.

Core product updates

AI-generated courses: compliance check on prompts

When using AI to create a course, we now apply compliance checks to the text for the fields What is the objective of your course? and Who is this course for?, on top of the course title (instead of only the title).

Access the courses available in your group in just a few clicks

Admins, coaches, and authors can now easily view the list of courses available in their group, tailored to their permissions and visibility rules.

Select the Courses chip at the top of your group to access the following features:

  • Streamlined access: See, filter, and sort the list of courses that are either owned by your group, published in your group's catalog, or added to your group's library. This page only displays the courses that you can see according to your role permissions.
  • Enhanced catalog visibility: Get a clear snapshot of which courses learners can play from your group's catalog.
  • Bulk publishing: Publish or remove multiple courses from your group's catalog from one convenient page.
  • Seamless library expansion: Add multiple courses to the group's library so that authors can integrate them into their paths and program templates.
  • Efficient course management: Preview, edit, create, copy, archive, and delete a course, depending on your role permissions.
  • At-a-glance course stats: View the courses' authors and creation date, and compare the reaction scores, views, and course activity diversification to measure learner engagement.
  • Detailed stats deep dive: Select a course in the list and explore the detailed statistics for a given course.

Notification change for path enrollment

To help improve path session interactions, we have made a slight change to the notifications users receive during path enrollment.

Now, when a learner is enrolled in a path, they no longer receive a notification. Instead, the learner will receive a notification when the path session starts, allowing them to react to the notification immediately.

Sunset of the old group dashboard

We are gradually removing the legacy group dashboard, but fret not, the data is not lost! You can still find all the statistics from the old dashboard on the platform in other locations.

View the number of publications, comments, and reactions per learner in the Collaborative Activities chip, under the tab Users.

Automatically enroll learners on subpaths

When adding a subpath to a path, learners are now automatically enrolled to the subpath!

With this change, there will be a single session for a path and all subpaths. This will save time for the instructors and authors creating paths.

This will also create a streamlined environment for learners by showing a single path in their homepage/catalog where they can access the path and subpaths. As well as improve the email experience for learners because they will only receive the initial path assignment email, rather than each subpath.

Other core product updates

  • In the group dashboard, you can now click on the Active users line chart to see the list of active users during the selected period.
  • On the lists of paths and courses, we've added a  eye.svg Play button to preview the training content instead of clicking on the row.
  • In the left sidebar, we've adjusted the color for the selected group to closely match the color of other components on the platform.
  • Updated the Delete a user page to include a short summary of user deletion, as well as links to the knowledge base articles for Deleting a user and Restoring a deleted account.

Globalization updates

AI-generated courses: improved UX

We improved the UX of AI-generated courses, to make it generally less confusing, and more intuitive. It’s a lot of little upgrades here and there, but here is a detailed list — for those of you who like specifics:

  • The generation of the contents of the course now starts only when the objectives and the audience are filled (previously: you could trigger course generation with just the title).
  • You can now trigger the generation by pressing the ↵ enter key on the keyboard from the objectives field or the audience field, or clicking outside the “AI box” (the section where you fill the objectives and audience).
  • You can now press ⇧+↵ to line break in the AI box (since ↵ is now used for content generation).
  • The course image is now generated at the same time as everything else (previously: before the content, which could be confusing).
  • Pressing the ⇥ tab key on the keyboard now focuses the next field (in the order Title → Objectives → Audience), instead of the next page element.
  • We also tried to decrease mental load by shortening some sentences and placeholders, and moving some of them around the page.

All in all, nothing really changed in terms of what to click where. But it feels nicer and reacts better.

AI-generated courses: better text quality

We tweaked the engine for the course generation to reduce duplicated content across sheets and push conclusions at the end of the course.

Path session waiting list for self-enrolled learners

Similar to programs, we have added a waitlist to path sessions for self-enrolled learners.

When a path session is accessible in the catalog of a group, path instructors and administrators will see a new setting: Limit the number of self-registration seats for this path session.

CleanShot 2024-03-04 at 17.26.47@2x.png

Once the maximum number of self-registration seats have been filled, learners will see an option to Join the waiting list on the path session.

Impacted application:

Revamped default notifications settings

Platform admins can now define default notification settings for their users.

This is an entirely revamped version of the feature we introduced on August 30th. We realized it was too complex, and decided to focus this time on simplicity and transparency.

Impacted application:

Welcoming email for new authors

New authors now receive a welcoming email with a call to action that redirects them to the platform to create a course.

  • For existing users, the email is sent when they are given the author role.
  • For authors who are new to the platform, the welcoming email is sent 1 week after they are added to the platform.

Impacted application:

Anyone can be an instructor on a path session

We have updated paths to now allow coaches/admins to name anyone as an instructor on a path session. Impacted application:

Activate extended statistics visibility for group admins and coaches

To allow platform admins to delegate reports and better monitor analytics, you can extend the visibility rules for group admins and coaches.

With the extended visibility feature, group admins and coaches can see the statistics for the training content that the learners in their group did in the context of publicly connected groups. The statistics include the following:

  • Courses in the catalog or library of their group and publicly connected groups.
  • Path sessions that are owned by their group and publicly connected groups.

Group admins also have extended visibility on the statistics of the learners in their subgroups.

Contact your Customer Success Partner (CSP) to activate the extended visibility feature.

Impacted application:

See the statistics of deleted users in the Group dashboard

To ensure historical data isn’t lost when a user is deleted, we’ve modified the activity chart in the group dashboard. Admins can now see the statistics of all users who were part of the group when they started the training, including deleted users.

Impacted application:

New column for custom reports: Text description

You can now add a Text description column to your Course reports to see the presentation summary.

For more information about custom reports, see Export a platform report.

Impacted application:

New task center for path registration requests

Admins of platforms that are fully migrated to paths can now process path registration validations requests from a new task center. Path registration validations are triggered when users try to self-enroll in a path session shared in their Catalog, and that path session requires validation.

From the task center, admins will be able to filter requests, and validate or reject them in bulk. Platform admin can also see the pending tasks of other admins, and complete them, as well as access metrics on the number of pending and completed tasks per admin.

Other core product updates

  • Fixed an issue that was causing an error message to appear when attempting to translate off-the-shelf skills. Impacted application:
  • We removed the notification email "Recommended for you", that was meant to suggest content recommendations, sent every two weeks on Monday. We realized it created much less engagement than we had hoped. Impacted application:
  • We’ve made some changes on our end to how the search functionality works. The search will be more reliable when tagging users on shared content or forum posts. Impacted application:

Customization updates

Custom domains

Create a personalized experience unique to your brand with a custom URL. Full custom domains are now available through the Customization solution.

If your platform already uses custom domains, the feature will remain available on the groups where there’s already a full custom domain.

Live updates

Attendance sheets updated

We’ve added some new features to Attendance sheets for our Live solution. You can now create multiple attendance sheets in a single classroom slot. For example, if you have a classroom that requires attendance twice per day, you can now achieve this by creating two attendance sheets within that classroom slot.

Learners can now sign multiple attendance sheets in a single classroom slot.

Path instructors, path admins, and trainers can now create multiple attendance sheets, rename attendance sheets, and see the updated name of the sheet on the downloaded PDFs. Impacted application:

Impacted application:

Display custom training sections on group pages

We're introducing a new widget called "custom training section" that displays courses and sessions from the group catalog filtered by skills.

Group admins can create multiple custom training sections on their group page if the widget is available on the platform group page layout. For each custom training section, they can select one or several skills. Group pages then display the group's catalog filtered with the selected skills.

With the Customization solution, group admins can add custom training sections on their group page even if they are not included in the platform group page layout.

Impacted application:

AI-generated questions: correction texts

Adding an AI-generated question now includes a correction text. This saves authors the trouble of writing an explanation for answers that they haven’t themselves chosen, and should generally speed up course creation.

This only works for questions created within an existing course; not for courses created entirely with AI (for now 🤫).

Impacted application:

AI-generated courses: better outline

When generating courses from documents with AI, the outline now takes into consideration the original structure of the document (instead of reinventing the wheel).

Impacted application:

AI-generated courses: tweak in engine

We’re now using a mix of OpenAI GPT-3.5 turbo and GPT-4 models to generate courses (previously: OpenAI GPT-4, GPT-3, Codex, and DALL-E models). This won’t create massive visible differences, but is part of our continuous effort to create the most relevant courses 🤓

Impacted application:

Path audiences: for everyone

We’re now ready to deploy our new (and my personal favorite) path enrollment mechanism, codenamed audiences, to all platforms. This means that:

  • New platforms will use audiences to enroll users to all their path sessions.
  • Existing platforms that were already using audiences, keep it with no questions asked.
  • Existing platforms that were not using audiences, will now see this flabbergasting new feature on all their new path sessions.

Path sessions that are currently using the legacy enrollment mechanism remain untouched. We plan on migrating them (if they’re still around) towards the end of the summer. We’ll be in touch.

Impacted application:

Following followers

Any user can now follow any other user (they can see), and check who is following them.

They will then receive a notification email once a week, with the list of courses shared by the authors you follow, and the list of posts shared by the users you follow.

Impacted application:

Display user invitations on profile

You can now verify if a user has been invited to the platform from their profile. If a user has been invited to the platform, their profile will now display Invited User.

Impacted application:

Path email step: to the learner’s managers

Path authors can now send emails (as part of path actions) to the learner’s managers.

Impacted application:

Added a Start button to paths

Learners can now quickly start/resume a path by simply clicking the Start/Resume button located on the path homepage.

Impacted application:

Anyone can be an instructor on a path session

We have updated paths to now allow coaches/admins to name anyone as an instructor on a path session.

February 8th edit: the core rules of user visibility still apply, and coaches and admins keep seeing only members of their group. This new feature allows to select users who do not belong to the path session’s owner group, but does not allow coaches to select members of groups in which they don’t have the coach role. Apologies for the confusion. — Flavien

Impacted application:

Search for a specific path session

To improve navigation in paths with a large number of sessions, we have added a search function allowing you to quickly find a specific session.

Impacted application:

New columns for OPCO reports: Estimated training duration and Time progression

Session instructors and admins can now add two new columns to their OPCO reports:

  • Estimated training duration: estimated for the course (in HH:MM:ss format).
  • Time progression: cumulated time spent on the course, up to the attempt described in the row (in other words: the sum of the time spent for all past attempts).

Impacted application:

More visibility on path statistics for instructors

In custom reports, instructors can now export the statistics for all learners that play a path in a path session they instruct, regardless of their group.

Core product updates

Track the path status in one detailed column

To help admins and managers track the learners' progress in paths, we’ve migrated the old Status and Results columns in the path reports to a single Status column. You can now view the following detailed path Status:

  • Pending session opening when the learner is enrolled in a path session that hasn’t started yet.
  • Not yet started when the learner is enrolled in a path, but they haven't started the path yet.
  • On time when the learner starts the path and has not reached a blocking point.
  • Late when the learner starts the path and is late for at least one mandatory step with a due date.
  • To retake when the learner completes the path without fulfilling all the required conditions (time limit, minimum score, mandatory replay), but they still haven’t reached the maximum amount of authorized attempts.
  • Unsuccessful when the learner completes the path without fulfilling all the required conditions (time limit, minimum score, mandatory replay), and they reached the maximum amount of authorized attempts. If the path session was closed when the learner status was either Not yet started, On time, Late, or To retake, then they are also marked Unsuccessful.
  • Successful when the learner completes all the mandatory steps and fulfills all the required conditions (time limit, minimum score, mandatory replay).

The new path Status is implemented across the platform in the path statistics page, in custom reports, in the manager dashboard, in the leaner's statistics pages, and in the API.

This change affects how users view the path status across the platform. The old Status and Results remain available for API calls and connectors.

Discover Upcoming Classroom Slots

Allow your learners to organically discover more classrooms and engage with more content! When learners click the Classrooms navigation filter at the top of their homepage, they can now see the classrooms that they are assigned to and the upcoming classrooms that they can register to.

Impacted application:

User emails in user tables

With our recent change in the handling of inviting users (reminder: invited users can now be enrolled and assigned like active users — only unbilled), we realized those yet-unnamed users would make user lists difficult to navigate.

To allow user identification when invited users haven’t entered their name yet, coaches and admins can now see a new column Email in the user tables when they click the Users → Current or Deleted at the top of the homepage.

Also, when invited users don’t have a name, we’re now displaying them as “-” (instead of “Untitled”).

Impacted application:

AI-generated courses: prompt-based

We’re slowly rolling out a new type of AI-based course generation, where you can give ad-hoc instructions (the famous “prompt” in conversational AI) instead of a document.

Authors will be able to enter a prompt at the top of the course page, when clicking CREATE → Course → Blank at the top of the homepage.

We’re deploying this in steps to control performance, aiming at 100% towards the end of the quarter.

Impacted application:

AI-generated courses: new document formats

On top of .PDF files, you can now upload .PPTX (Microsoft PowerPoint) and .DOCX (Microsoft Word) documents to the AI course generator.

Impacted application:

AI-generated courses: better images

We improved the relevance of images from courses generated with AI. This targets only cover images for the course, and for cheat sheets within the course.

The course context is particularly important here, so we’re closely monitoring the results 👀

Impacted application:

AI-generated courses: add compliance check

When creating a course with AI, we now check the input information against the guidelines, and display an error if the info or the general topic is in direct contradiction.

Impacted application:

New path step: Microsoft Teams message

Authors and administrators can now send Microsoft Teams notifications as a path step.

The body of the notification is customizable, and can include dynamic variables such as the first name, last name, email address and organization name of the connected user.

You can also add a button redirecting to the path homepage, and schedule to send your message after the previous step, after the enrollment date, or after the session start date.

Impacted application:

Download video submissions

Learners who recorded a video on the platform can now download it instantly on their computer when the recording ends.

This allows users to both keep a local copy of their video, and have a safeguard in case the recorded video doesn’t upload correctly in the platform.

Other core product updates

  • 📝 In the group general settings, we renamed the option Activate for subgroups into Activate for all subgroups. Activating or deactivating it displays a confirmation message with the number of impacted groups. The option is greyed out when the group has no subgroups. Impacted application:
  • 💡 We added a small banner at the top of all path dashboard pages (the general dashboard that appears when clicking Paths at the top of the homepage, the statistics page of a specific path, and the statistics page of a specific path session), with a link to our article explaining the details of the migration. Impacted application:
  • 💬 We added tooltips on the options Owner group, Main instructor and Co-instructor(s) in the path settings, to clarify what each of them does. Impacted application:
  • To continue facilitating content creation on the platform, we've redesigned the plus.svg button at the top right of the homepage. With the new CREATE dropdown menu, you can now see at a glance where to click on the homepage to create users, training content, projects, groups, and learning needs. Impacted application:
  • 🫸 If you’ve never published any post (or never created any course, if you’re an author or an admin), we added a link just below your name to help you do just that. Impacted application:
  • ⚡ You can now share custom reports with other users without scheduling them. Impacted application:
  • New platforms and platforms that don’t use the Public Channel won’t see it anymore. For platforms using it: rest assured, we’ll be in touch. We won’t delete it just now. Impacted application:

Mobile updates

  • When a course author disables video subtitles, they are no longer displayed on mobile. Impacted applications:

API updates

Added detailedStatus response field

To track the new detailed path completion status, the following routes now return the detailedStatus field:

  • getPathSessionStats
  • getUserPathSessionStats
  • getUsersPathSessionStats

createPath: now with assessments and email

The createPath route now allows the addition of assessments and emails.

Integration updates

Curated programs: Deletion of the automated replication of content in the subgroups' Catalog and Library

To improve platform performance with minimal impact on learners, we’ve removed the automated replication of content from external content providers in the Catalog and Library of public children groups. Content from external content providers is now only added by default to the Catalog and Library of the group where the connector is deployed.

  • Learners in public children groups can still access the content from the Catalog in the parent group.
  • Coaches and admins can still manually add the content to the Catalog and Library of children groups.

ADP Decidium connector: Additional custom fields

The ADP Decidium connector now supports the following fields returned by the ADP Decidium Workers API:

  • workers/workAssignments/0/workArrangementCode/shortName
  • workers/person/genderCode/shortName
  • workers/person/birthDate
  • workers/workerDates/originalHireDate
  • workers/workAssignments/0/actualStartDate
  • workAssignments[0].customFieldGroup.codeFields[0].codeValue
