By default, the connector matches users by email address. It uses the email to find and update the user's profile in 360Learning.
You can also set the connector to match users by external ID instead (a unique ID from your HRIS). Use this option if external IDs are more reliable than email addresses for your users. Contact your Customer Success Partner (CSP) for help with this.
