This solution, powered by Workato, allows you to automatically pseudonymize the data of deleted users after a configurable period. This daily job ensures your platform complies with data retention policies.
You have the flexibility to:
- Set a global period for pseudonymization, or define specific periods based on user custom fields.
- Manually run a job to pseudonymize specific users on demand.
Pseudonymized user data is stored in a log, which is also retained for a configurable period.
