This solution, powered by Workato, pseudonymizes the data of deleted users automatically after a set period. This daily job helps your platform comply with data retention policies.
You can:
- Set a global pseudonymization period, or define specific periods based on user custom fields.
- Run a job manually to pseudonymize specific users on demand.
Pseudonymized user data is stored in a log. This log is also retained for a set period.
