Synchronize users and learning history with Lucca

Who can use this feature?

  • This feature requires the Lucca connector, which is part of the Tech Services catalog and has a separate pricing. Contact your Customer Success Partner (CSP) for more information.

This connector allows you to:

  • Synchronize users from Lucca into 360Learning.
  • Synchronize users' learning history from 360Learning to Lucca.

The connector is powered by Workato, a middleware orchestration system between the 2 platforms. It is highly configurable and provides the following features:

User provisioning features:

  • User identification/reconciliation: User matching between the 2 systems is guaranteed.
  • Status management: Configure which data will drive the activation / deactivation of users in 360Learning.
  • User standard fields: Define which Lucca fields populate the 360Learning User Standard Fields.
  • User custom fields: Define which Lucca fields populate the 360Learning User Custom Fields.
  • Filtering: Define filters to synchronize only a part of your population.
  • Group assignment: Define rules to assign users to groups in 360Learning.
  • Data standardization: Change the data to match something expected in 360Learning
  • Notifications: You are automatically notified if something goes wrong.
  • Reporting: For the full synchronization, a detailed report is sent by email

Learning history export features:

  • User's learning history is pushed into Lucca in predefined fields.
