Add an opinion question to a course

  • Updated

Opinion questions do not count in the score of the course. Their typical use case is for polls and surveys.

You can use three types of opinion questions:

  • Single choice questions (learners must choose one answer)
  • Multiple choice questions (learners must check boxes)
  • Open questions (learners must submit a text and/or a document)

If a course with an open question is played from the catalog, the user will see the question, but will not be able to answer it.

Create an opinion question

  1. At the top of the homepage, click Courses.
  2. Click on a course.
  3. In the left sidebar, click Add a question.
  4. In the left sidebar, below the list of existing activities, click Add activity.
  5. Select Single choice (opinion), Multiple choice (opinion) or Open question (opinion).
  6. Enter the title of the question.
