Edit your own profile

Any user can change their first name, last name, phone number, biography, organization, title, LinkedIn link, and Twitter link.

  1. At the top right of the homepage, click on your profile picture, then Personal settings.
  2. Click on a field.
  3. Enter the new value.
  4. Click outside the field.

You can also edit your profile from an iOS device.

  1. On the bottom right of the mobile application, open the Profile tab.
  2. At the top right of the screen, tap pen.svg Edit Profile.
  3. Enter the new value.
  4. Tap Save.

To edit the language of your platform, see Change the platform language.

The email address, roles, additional information field, and automatic deletion date can only be changed by an administrator. See Edit a user’s profile.

Fields visibility

First Name and Last Name
  • Can be seen by users from the same group as the current user, and platform administrators.
  • Can be edited by the current user, administrators of the current user, and platform administrators.
Phone
  • Can be seen and edited by the current user only.
Biography
  • Can be seen by users from the same group as the current user, and platform administrators.
  • Can be edited by the current user only.
Organization
  • Can be seen by users from the same group as the current user, and platform administrators.
  • Can be edited from the interface by the current user, and through CSV import by administrators of the current user, and platform administrators.
Title / Employment
  • Can be seen by users from the same group as the current user, and platform administrators.
  • Can be edited by the current user, administrators of the current user, and platform administrators.
LinkedIn
  • Can be seen by users from the same group as the current user, and platform administrators.
  • Can be edited by the current user only.
Twitter
  • Can be seen by users from the same group as the current user, and platform administrators.
  • Can be edited by the current user only.
