Change the platform language

  • Updated

Users can change the language of their own platform (admins cannot do it for them). This will change the language of all the elements of the platform interface.

However, training content and customizable sections within home and group pages (like carousels, galleries, courses, and paths, which are created by other users) require manual translation, as explained in the following guides:

Change the language on the web platform

You can change the language of the web interface from your profile settings.

  1. At the top right of the homepage, click on your profile picture, then Personal settings.
  2. In the dropdown field Language, select a language:
    • Bulgarian
    • Chinese (simplified)
    • Czech
    • Danish
    • Dutch
    • English
    • Finnish
    • French
    • German
    • Greek
    • Hungarian
    • Italian
    • Japanese
    • Korean
    • Lithuanian
    • Norwegian
    • Polish
    • Portuguese
    • Romanian
    • Russian
    • Slovak
    • Spanish
    • Swedish
    • Thai
    • Turkish
    • Ukrainian
    • Vietnamese

The login page language corresponds to your web browser's language.

Change the language on the mobile app

The language of the mobile app corresponds to the language of the phone. It cannot be changed independently.

Rules on the language of new users

If you invite an external user from a session, the language of the invitation email and of the user profile corresponds to the language of the user who sends the invitation (except for Polish; the language is then English).

If the user is created from the menu Invite by email or Set up a user, the language is the one selected in the dropdown menu Default language.

If the user is created from the menu Set up multiple users, the language is defined in the column I of the import file ("Language/Langue *"). If no language is entered, the profile is in English.
