    2. Below the login form, click Forgot password?
    3. Enter your email address, then click RESET PASSWORD.
    1. Connect to the mobile app
    2. Enter your email address, then click NEXT
    3. Click Forgot your password?

From your personal settings

  1. At the top right of the homepage, click on your profile picture, then Personal settings.
  2. Below your email address, click Change my password.
  3. Enter your current password, then your new password twice.
  4. Click SAVE.

If you do not receive any email

If you’ve performed the steps above, but did not receive any email with a password reset link, here are a few further actions you can take (by order of priority):

  • Check your spam folder.
  • Check the spelling of your email address.
  • If your company uses an SSO, make sure you have access permissions on 360Learning.

If this still does not solve the problem, your account may have been disabled: contact your platform administrator, and ask to be invited again.
