Edit and reset your own password

From the login page

If you cannot connect to the platform:

  1. Connect to https://app.360learning.com/, or launch the mobile app
  2. Below the login form, click Forgot your password?
  3. Enter your email address, then click Reset password

If you get the message "THIS ACCOUNT DOES NOT EXIST OR WAS DISABLED", contact your platform administrator, and ask to be invited again.

From your personal settings

  1. In the left sidebar, click Personal settings
  2. On the top left, below your email address, click Change my password
  3. Enter your current password, then your new password twice
  4. Click SAVE
