All users in the platform can find a tab titled Documents in their personal settings.
Platform administrators can see the full list of all documents uploaded to the platform. Other users can see documents they uploaded themselves, documents from course activities they played, documents from courses where they’re the main author or a co-author, and documents shared in the newsfeed of one of their groups.
- At the top right, click on your profile picture, then Personal settings.
- Click on the Documents tab.
The documents listed can come from courses, posts, or the user’s profile picture.
- Courses: all documents seen in courses played and completed by the user.
- Posts: all attachments from the home feed, and all feeds from the user groups.
- Profile picture: all previous profile pictures.
Documents are ordered as follows:
- First, documents from courses. They are sorted by latest access to the corresponding course.
- Then, the profile picture (the current one).
- Then, documents from post feeds.
