Users can change the language of their own platform (admins cannot do it for them). This will change the language of all the elements of the platform interface.
However, training content and customizable sections within home and group pages (like carousels, galleries, courses, and paths, which are created by other users) require manual translation, as explained in the following guides:
- Translate a course
- Translate a path
- Translate a carousel
- Translate a custom training section
- Translate a gallery
- Translate an HTML widget
- Translate a text widget

Change the language on the mobile app
The language of the mobile app corresponds to the language of the phone. It cannot be changed independently.
Note that if a learner selects a specific language for a translated path, the path will be displayed in that language in the mobile app (even if the system of the mobile device is in another language).
Rules on the language of new users
User admins, group admins, and platform admins can create or invite users. Coaches can also invite users from a session. The default language assigned to a new user depends on how the account was created.
If you invite an external user from a session, the language of the invitation email and of the user profile corresponds to the language of the user who sends the invitation (except for Polish, where the language is then English).
If the user is created from the menu Invite by email or Set up a user, the language is the one selected in the dropdown menu Default language.
If the user is created from the menu Set up multiple users, the language is defined in the column I of the import file ("Language/Langue *"). If no language is entered, the profile is in English.
