Post an internal comment in a course

  • Updated

Platform administrators, authors and co-authors of a course can post internal comments in the forum of a course.

Internal comments have a yellow background, to distinguish them from regular comments.

Post an internal comment

  1. In the forum of a course, on the bottom right, click Type your comment (or click the blue button COMMENT if you’re the first to comment).
  2. On the bottom left, enable the option Internal comment.
  3. Write your comment.
  4. On the bottom right, click COMMENT.

Who can see an internal comment?

The course’s author, co-authors and reviewers can see internal comments, if they belong to the group where it is posted.

Platform administrators can see all internal comments.

If the course was added to the library of a group, coaches, authors and administrators of that group can also see the internal comments.

You can check the exact list of users who can see the internal comments:

  1. In the forum of a course, on the bottom right, click Type your comment (or click the blue button COMMENT if you’re the first to comment).
  2. On the bottom left, at the right of the option Internal comment, hover over the questionMarkCircle.svg question mark.
  3. In the tooltip, click Who can see this message?.
