You can delete a post if you meet one of the three following conditions:
- You’re the author of the post.
- You’re a platform administrator.
- The post was published in a group, and you’re coach or administrator of that group or a parent group.
To delete the post:
- On the top right of the post, click
→ Delete.
- Click DELETE.
Workarounds and sleuths to batch-delete posts
Although we do not allow to delete several posts in batch, here are two techniques that can be useful if you need to remove posts from a course.
Copy the course
If you want to remove all posts in the forum of a course, and do not need to keep the course statistics, you can copy the course, and delete the former one.
Deactivate the forum
If you want to remove all posts in the forum of a course, and prevent all future posts, you can deactivate the forum and reactions.
Note that it will also prevent users from reacting to activities.
If you reactivate the forum and reactions again later, the posts will become visible again.
