Authors, coaches, administrators, and all users who are Instructors on a session can access the feedback inbox from their notification icon at the top right of the homepage:
- # Pending comments: When there are posts in your inbox.
- Feedback inbox: When the inbox is empty.
Tip: Help boost your Learner engagement by taking some time every few days to answer or like all of your posts. The clean feedback inbox won't hurt either!Â

Answer a specific post (and mark it as completed)
Marking a post as completed allows you to quickly identify when a new one arrives.
- At the top right of the homepage, click on the bell icon, then # Pending comments.
- In the Pending section, click the post.
- Answer the post. The message is automatically marked as completed.
- You can also mark a message as completed without answering it, by clicking  Mark as completed at the top right of the initial post.
- On the top right, click to close the pop-in.
The post now moved to the section Completed.
If a post was published as a consequence of clicking THIS IS OUTDATED in a course, marking the post as completed will automatically archive it in the course forum, and remove the corresponding reaction in the course.
Note that answering the post without explicitly marking it as completed will remove it from the pending tasks in your Feedback Inbox, but the original comment will remain in the forum, and the THIS IS OUTDATED reaction will remain selected.
