Use external tools for content creation

External tools added with an embed code are subject to inactivity suspension rules; we therefore recommend using documents that require less than 15 minutes to complete.

Please note that these are external tools and may require a separate license.

Presentation tools

Genially

Add a genially to a course

  1. Get the embed code for the genially
  2. In the left sidebar of a course, click Add a document
  3. In the section IMPORT, scroll down to the section Paste an embed code
  4. In the field Copy and paste the embed code here, paste the embed code from step 1
  5. Click OK

Prezi

Add a Prezi document to a course

  1. Get the embed code for the Prezi
  2. In the left sidebar of a course, click Add a document
  3. In the section IMPORT, scroll down to the section Paste an embed code
  4. In the field Copy and paste the embed code here, paste the embed code from step 1
  5. Click OK

Google Slides 

Add a Google Slides to a course

  1. Get the embed code for the Google Slides
  2. In the left sidebar of a course, click Add a document
  3. In the section IMPORT, scroll down to the section Paste an embed code
  4. In the field Copy and paste the embed code here, paste the embed code from step 1
  5. Click OK

  1. Upload your document to OneDrive
  2. Get the embed code for the document
  3. In the left sidebar of a course, click Add a document
  4. In the section IMPORT, scroll down to the section Paste an embed code
  5. In the field Copy and paste the embed code here, paste the embed code from step 1
  6. Click OK

Note that Microsoft recommends avoiding embedding SharePoint sites. A possible workaround is to first disable a specific security mechanism, and then use a manually created iframe link (described in the subsection "The cheating way" of this article), but this may create side effects and security issues; we recommend going that way only if you fully control the consequences of those actions.

  1. Open the typeform in its edition interface
  2. On the top, click Share
  3. On the right of the section Share your typeform, click Copy link
  4. Go to https://www.iframe-generator.com/
  5. In the field iFrameURL, paste the link
  6. On the bottom right, click </>Generate
  7. On the bottom right, click COPY IT
  8. In 360Learning, in the left sidebar of a course, click Add a document
  9. In the section IMPORT, scroll down to the section Paste an embed code
  10. In the field Copy and paste the embed code here, paste the embed code from step 7
  11. Click OK
