Enable OpenSesame course retakes with 360Learning

To enable learners to periodically retake an OpenSesame course in 360Learning and earn a new certificate each time (for compliance or knowledge refreshers), follow these steps:

1. Create a path with the mandatory replay option enabled.
2. Add the OpenSesame course to the path.
3. Add a certificate to the path.
4. Re-enroll learners in one of the following ways:
   • Separate path sessions: For each required retake, create a new path session and enroll learners in it.
   • Single path session: Create a single path session with the automatic re-enrollment option enabled and enroll learners in it.
     Be sure to review the limitations of the automatic re-enrollment feature here.

Important: Learners must launch the OpenSesame course directly from 360Learning for each retake to trigger the new attempt and certification.
