Paths can be shared with learners through path sessions. When creating a path, the platform automatically creates a default path session.
- Group administrators and authors can create path sessions in paths that belong to their group, paths that they created, and paths that they co-authored.
- Coaches can create path sessions in paths that belong to their group.
- Platform administrators can create path sessions in any path.
To create a new path session:
- At the top of the homepage, click Paths.
- On the right of the path name, click
Edit.
- Above the steps, at the top right of the session parameters, click NEW SESSION.
If there are at least two path sessions, you can also click at the top right of the left sidebar.
You can then:
- edit its parameters, if you want to change the title, description, start and end dates, owner group or instructors;
- enroll learners, if you want to register users or groups of users;
- add it to the Catalog, if you want learners to enroll by themselves.
