Navigate the web platform

Overview of the navigation

• Access your profile and notifications, search, and create from the top navigation menu (1): This menu is displayed on all pages, except for the course player and editors. Breadcrumbs make it easier to navigate through pages and know where you are.
• Filter any object (2): The navigation filters at the top allow you to access any object (courses, classrooms, paths, etc.) in one click.
• Switch from the content view to the statistics view (3): You can get instant analytics directly from the homepage and any group page.
• Navigate through workspaces (4): From the left sidebar, you can access two different workspaces.
  • From the Home workspace, you can access objects related to all groups.
  • From a group workspace, you can access objects related to the selected group or public channel. For more information about the group order, see Access your group.

Access your profile

1. At the top right, click on your profile picture.

From your profile settings, you can:

• Edit your profile details.
• Change your profile picture.
• Change the language for your platform.

Access your homepage

1. In the left sidebar, click on the platform group (with the golden crown at the bottom right of its icon).

Access your group page

1. In the left sidebar, click a group.

In the left sidebar of the web app, groups are organized in the following order:

1. Platform group priority: If you have access to the platform group, it will always appear in the 1st position. You can recognize the platform group by the golden crown at the bottom right of its icon.
2. Recent groups: If you have access to more than 5 groups, the 5 most recently viewed groups will be displayed next. These recent groups are listed with the most recently viewed first.
   • Note: If you have access to the platform group, only the 4 most recently viewed groups will be shown.
3. Alphabetical order: All other groups that you have access to will be listed alphabetically after the platform and recent groups.

The content view is available to all users when using the All navigation filter. For more information about the content of your group page, see Access content from a group page.

Users with specific permissions can also access dashboard statistics for their groups.

Access dashboards statistics

Admins, coaches, authors, and owners can access the dashboard statistics for different platform objects (courses, users, program sessions, etc.) on the homepage and any group page. The data displayed depends on their permissions.

1. In the left sidebar, click on a group.
2. At the top left, click  Statistics.
3. At the top, select the platform object:
   • Users to track user statistics.
   • Courses to track course statistics.
   • Classrooms to view an overview of classroom slots.
   • Paths to track general statistics for multiple paths.
   • Program Sessions to track program session statistics.
   • Program Templates to view an overview of program templates.
   • Groups to track group statistics.
   • Projects to track project statistics.
   • Learning Needs to track learning needs statistics.
   • Tags to track tags statistics.
   • Validations.
   • Certificates to track certificates.
   • Collaborative Activities to track collaborative activity statistics.

Access custom reports

Platform admins, groups admins, coaches, authors, and managers can build a new custom report and access saved reports.

1. At the top of the homepage, click All.
2. At the top left, click  Statistics.
3. At the top, select Custom Reports.
