Get learning recommendations using AI

Any user can ask the AI Companion what to learn next, and get one personalized content recommendation based on their profile.

You can also search for content using AI or bulk-update courses with AI.

1. At the top of the page, on the right of the search bar, click the circle icon.
2. Ask "What to learn next?", or a similar question.

The Companion recommends one course or path, with a short explanation of why it was recommended.

Recommendation logic

If you have a mandatory or assigned training, the Companion recommends it first.

Otherwise, the Companion recommends content in the following order:

1. Your ongoing training
2. Your personal upskilling plan, if you have one. The Companion follows the same skill priority order as the My personal upskilling plan section on the homepage.
3. Content matching your job profile, if you have no ongoing training and no upskilling plan. The Companion prioritizes your job field over your job title.

Limitations

• The Companion cannot create a playlist or a learning need on your behalf. It can only suggest doing so in its response.
• The Companion does not keep memory of past coaching conversations.
