Platform administrators can edit the platform's cover picture, logo, name, welcome message, video presentation, favicon and additional information.
- In the left sidebar, click on the platform group.
- At the top right of the group page, click Settings.
- Click on a field to edit it.
The Cover picture corresponds to the picture on the top right of the platform's homepage, and at the top of the platform group settings page. You can leave it empty to use one of our default images.
The Custom logo corresponds to the logo on the top left of the screen. Users can click on it from any page to go back to the homepage (or to another page you defined in the Advanced settings).
The Name is the name of your workspace (also known as "platform group"), and the one displayed in the tab of your web browser.
The Welcome message is the text displayed at the top of the right side panel when selecting the platform group in the homepage.
The Favicon is the icon displayed in the tab of your web browser.
The Additional information is a string of text that you can use to store information about the group (for example: registration number, or ID in another tool). It will be available in the CSV exports and through the API, but will not be displayed elsewhere.
