By default, the catalog is enabled on your platform.
A course or a path shared in the catalog will allow any learner from that group to play it as many times as they wish, outside of any session.
Activate the catalog
- In the left sidebar, hover over the platform group (the one with a golden crown), then click
Settings.
- If
Settings doesn’t appear in your sidebar, click on the platform group first, then click
Settings in the top right of the main section.
- If
- In the left sidebar, click Catalog.
- On the left of the title Catalog, check the box.
Deactivate the catalog
- In the left sidebar, hover over the platform group (the one with a golden crown), then click

- In the left sidebar, click Catalog.
- On the left of the title Catalog, uncheck the box.
Deactivating the catalog removes all catalog courses and sessions from the homepage. Enrolled sessions and their associated courses remain visible. Specifically, you'll see the following sections disappear from the homepage:
- In-progress training
- New training items
- Recommended for you
- External courses
