Track general statistics for multiple path sessions

Owners and platform admins can view statistics for all users across all path sessions. Group admins and coaches can view statistics for their group members on path sessions owned by their group. Path session instructors can view statistics for all users on any path session where they are an instructor or co-instructor. This feature is accessible only on the web app.

The Paths sessions list page compiles general statistics about multiple path sessions.

• For detailed statistics about an individual path, see Track detailed statistics for one path.

• For detailed statistics about an individual path session, filter the detailed statistics for one path by path session.

• You can activate the extended visibility feature on your platform to broaden the range of statistics accessible to admins and coaches. With this feature, group admins and coaches can access the statistics page for path sessions owned by their group or any publicly connected groups.

  When viewing the statistics page:

  • Coaches can only see statistics related to learners in their group.
  • Group admins can see statistics for learners in both their group and subgroups.

  To activate the extended visibility feature, contact your Customer Success Partner (CSP).

View the paths sessions' statistics for one group

To view the list of path sessions owned by one group or shared in the group's catalog, within the bounds of the group visibility rules:

1. In the left sidebar, click on a group.
2. At the top of the group’s page, click Paths.
3. At the top left, click Paths sessions.
4. Optional: At the top left, click Filter to filter the path list by Instructors, Tags, Session status, Session start date, and Session end date.
   The filters applied to the list are displayed as labels at the top of the list. Click on an active filter label to edit it (Note: With multiple filters, only items that match all your selected filters will show up. So, the more filters you use, the more specific the results will be).

View the path sessions' statistics for multiple groups

To view the list of path sessions owned by different groups or shared in the catalog of multiple groups, within the bounds of the group visibility rules:

1. At the top of the homepage, click Paths.
2. At the top left, click Paths sessions.
3. Optional: At the top left, click Filter to filter the path list by Instructors, Tags, Session status, Session start date, and session end date.
   The filters applied to the list are displayed as labels at the top of the list. Click on an active filter label to edit it. 
   Note: With multiple filters, only items that match all your selected filters will show up. So, the more filters you use, the more specific the results will be.

Download the general statistics for multiple path sessions

1. At the top of the homepage, click Paths.
2. At the top left, click Paths sessions.
3. Click More Actions → Download.
4. When prompted, click Download.

The downloaded file displays one line per path session. The columns are displayed in the default order of the path session list page.

About the general statistics for multiple path sessions
