Share a path in the library of a group

Admins and editors can share a path in the library of their group. This allows:

• Editors of the group to use those paths in their paths.
• Coaches of the group to share those paths in their group catalog, and see the path statistics.

Editors will be able to edit the path. Contributors and coaches of that group will be able to edit the path if they are the main author or co-author of the path.

You can add up to 100,000 paths to the library of a single group.

If you’re looking to share a path with learners, consider adding the path session to the catalog of a group →

1. At the top of the homepage, click Paths.
2. On the right side of the path row, click Edit.
3. In the Build your training section, click Configure settings.
4. Click Advanced settings.
5. Next to Coach's library, click Add group(s).
6. Select the groups you would like to give access to the path.
7. Click Confirm.

You can remove a path from the library of a group by unselecting the group at step 6.
