The email address of a user can only be changed by an administrator.
- At the top right of the homepage, click
+
→User
. - In the left sidebar, click
Current members
. - Click on a user.
- On the right of the email, click
Change
. - Enter the new value.
- On the bottom right, click
MODIFY
.
The user will receive a notification, suggesting them to reset their password.
Visibility of the email address
The email address of a user can be seen by the following roles:
- platform administrators (from any subsection of the
Dashboard
displaying the user, and the corresponding exports, or the sectionUSERS
of the settings of a group); - administrators of the user’s group (from any subsection of the
Dashboard
displaying the user, and the corresponding exports, or the sectionUSERS
of the settings of a group); - coaches of the user’s group (from any subsection of the
Dashboard
displaying the user, and the corresponding exports, or the sectionUSERS
of the settings of a group); - authors of the user’s group (from any subsection of the
Dashboard
they have access to, and the corresponding exports, if the user has played at least one of their courses, sessions or paths); - managers of the user (from
Dashboard
>GROUPS
>Managees
, and the corresponding exports); - session instructors (from
Dashboard
>PROGRAM SESSIONS
, and the corresponding exports, if the user is registered to the session).
