Update outdated activities

  • Updated

When they play a course, Learners can mark an activity as obsolete by clicking THIS IS OUTDATED.

The author and co-authors of the activity can centralize feedback and potentially update it.

  1. At the top of the homepage, click Courses.
  2. On the right of the name of a course, click bar.svg View results and statistics.
In the section Cheat sheets and documents, the column Outdated indicates for each activity the number of times Learners clicked on the reaction THIS IS OUTDATED.
  3. On the left of the title of the cheat sheet or document, click eye.svg Open the activity.

You can then edit the activity.

If a post was published as a consequence of clicking THIS IS OUTDATED in a course, marking the post as completed will automatically archive it in the course forum, and remove the corresponding reaction in the course.

Note that answering the post without explicitly marking it as completed will remove it from the pending tasks in your Feedback Inbox, but the original comment will remain in the forum, and the THIS IS OUTDATED reaction will remain selected.
