Track platform statistics on the general dashboard

  • Updated

Who can use this feature?

  • Platform administrators and platform owners can view the general dashboard.
  • Accessible only on the Web Application.

The general dashboard has been redesigned! We’ve replaced the general dashboard with new analytics to match the group dashboard format. The general dashboard allows you to view the reports with adjustable periods and export the data in CSV format.

You can still find the data from the previous general dashboard under the tab Old General dashboard. For more information, see View the old general dashboard.

  • 5 points for each Learning Need created
  • 2 points for each post made

On the bottom right of the section, click See all to view the engagement ranking of all learners.

Path sessions activity by attendance

The percentage of assigned path sessions that users have started within the specified date range.

A path is considered started when a user performs an action on it or finishes it within the specified date range.

Attendance calculation:

  • Numerator: The number of assigned path sessions that users have started.
  • Denominator: The total number of assigned path sessions that meet the following criteria:
    • Assigned by an admin, coach, or manager before the end of the date range. This excludes sessions for which learners self-enrolled.
    • Assigned to learners who were members of the platform at the start of the date range. This includes learners who were later deleted.

Note: Attendance is based on the total number of path sessions assigned, not on unique users.

Example: For a group of 10 members with 4 assigned path sessions (40 total enrollments), a 25% attendance rate means 10 out of those 40 enrollments were started.

To view this section:

  1. On the right of Path sessions activity by, select attendance.
Path sessions activity by completion

The percentage of assigned path sessions that users completed, irrespective of the path success criteria, within the specified date range.

A path is considered completed when a user completes all mandatory steps, even if they did not meet all the success criteria, such as minimum score or time limit.

Completion calculation:

  • Numerator: The number of assigned path sessions that were completed by users within the date range.

Note: Completion is based on the total number of path sessions assigned, not on unique users.

Example: For a group of 10 members with 4 sessions assigned (40 total enrollments), a 20% completion rate means 8 of those 40 enrollments were completed.

To view this section:

  1. On the right of Path sessions activity by, select completion.
Path sessions activity by success

The percentage of assigned path sessions that users completed with all path success criteria met within the specified date range.

A path is considered completed with success when a user meets the following criteria:

  • They have reached the minimum score in all mandatory steps that require one.
  • They have completed all mandatory steps in the path within the time limits.

Completion with success calculation:

  • Numerator: The number of assigned path sessions completed with all success criteria met within the date range.

Note: Completion with success is based on the total number of path sessions assigned, not on unique users.

Example: For a group of 10 members with 4 sessions assigned (40 total enrollments), a 10% success rate means 4 of those 40 enrollments were completed with success.

To view this section:

  1. On the right of Path sessions activity by, select success.
Activity per device

Percentage of users accessing the platform via desktop or mobile devices during the selected reporting period. Activity is defined as the initiation of a course, and the report tracks only the device used to start that course.

For example, if a user begins a course on a mobile device and later resumes it on a desktop, only the mobile device will be recorded in this metric.

Collaboration by reactions The amount of and the type of reactions that have been received on courses within the selected reporting period.
Collaboration by comments The amount of comments that have been received on courses within the selected reporting period.
