Share a custom report

Platform admins, group admins, coaches, and managers can share their own custom reports. This feature is accessible only on the web app.

Report creators can share a custom report they created with other users. The report owner’s visibility rules apply, even if recipients have different rights. Column titles will appear in the report owner's language.

Before you begin, save the custom report you want to share. Then:

  1. In the left sidebar, click bar.svg General analytics.
    • If bar.svg General analytics doesn’t appear in your sidebar, click All at the top of the homepage, then click bar.svg Statistics at the top left.
  2. Open the Custom Reports tab.
  3. On the right of the name of your report, click pen.svg Edit.
  4. At the top, click Share.
  5. Select the users with whom to share the report.
  6. At the top right of the page, click Update.

Apart from learners, the selected users can download and duplicate the report in the custom report interface.

Every time you share a report, you must select every user with whom you wish to share the report. To stop sharing with a user, repeat this procedure and deselect that user.
