Delete all platform data

If you’re the owner of a platform that was previously canceled, you can delete all data, on the entire platform. This action cannot be undone.

  1. Log in as the owner account.
  2. In the window Access suspended displayed on the homepage, click Delete now.
  3. Click Confirm account deletion.

All platform data is automatically deleted 4 months after it is resigned.
