Limit access to individual results

  • Updated

Admins can enable a platform-level setting that restricts access to detailed, user-specific results in profiles and course/path dashboards. This option supports stricter privacy standards, such as German regulatory expectations, and strengthens GDPR alignment by limiting exposure of identifiable learner results.

When enabled, the setting hides individual-level data in specific views while preserving access where it’s still necessary for reporting.

To enable or disable this setting, contact your Customer Success Partner (CSP).
