Find courses and paths associated with a skill

This feature requires the Skills solution. For more information, contact your Customer Success Partner (CSP).

Any user can find courses or paths associated with one of their skills, or with the mandatory skills of their current, target, or previous jobs.

Find courses and paths associated with your skill

1. At the top right, click on your profile picture, then Skills.
2. Click on a skill.
3. On the right side panel, click the Recommended trainings section.
   • Only content in English or your platform language is displayed.
   • Click See more to redirect to the search results page, where you can change the language filters.
4. Click on an item to start playing it.

Sort order

The Recommended trainings section displays up to 3 courses and paths, ordered by relevance to your current level on the skill:

1. Courses and paths tagged with the skill at 1 level above your current level.
2. Courses and paths tagged with the skill at 2 or more levels above your current level, from the lowest level up.
3. Courses and paths not tagged with any skill level.

If you're at the maximum level on the skill, courses and paths tagged at the maximum level take the place of priority 1.

If no courses or paths on your platform are tagged with skill levels, the section displays only content tagged with the skill.

Find courses and paths associated with your job

1. At the top right, click on your profile picture, then Career.
2. At the bottom of a job, click See skill gap.
   • You can switch between current, target, and previous jobs by clicking on the corresponding sections above the job tiles.
3. At the top, click the Recommended content tab.
   • By default, the list displays only courses. Click Paths at the top to display paths.
   • Only content in English or your platform language is displayed.
4. Click on an item to start playing it.
