Edit the skills linked to the job

Add a skill to a job

  1. At the top right, click grid.svgSkills.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Jobs.
  3. Click on a job.
  4. In the right panel, click the Skills tab.

  6. Double-click on the category and sub-categories until you reach a skill. Double-click on the skill to add it.

A job can be associated with as many skills as required.

Define the expected value of a skill for the job

Each skill is associated with at least one qualifier, which can be used by admins to set expected values for a job and by other users to assess their skill.

To define the expected value of a skill for a job:

  1. At the top right, click grid.svgSkills.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Jobs.
  3. Click on a job.
  4. In the right panel, at the top, click the Skills tab.
  5. On the right of the skill, click on the qualifier (or its value if already defined).
  6. Edit the value.
  7. If the skill has multiple qualifiers, repeat steps 5 and 6.

Edit the weight of a skill in a job

  1. At the top right, click grid.svgSkills.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Jobs.
  3. Click on a job.
  4. In the right panel, at the top, click the Skills tab.
  5. Next to the title of the skill, click on the weight (on the right of the qualifier).
  6. Select the new weight.

Remove a skill from a job

Removing a skill from a job will remove it from that job only. It will not remove it from any other job, and the skill will not be deleted.

  1. At the top right, click grid.svgSkills.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Jobs.
  3. Click on a job.
  4. In the right panel, at the top, click the Skills tab.
  5. On the far right of the name of a skill, click → Delete.

Publish a job

Once a job is ready, you can publish it. Skills associated with that job will then be required for all users assigned to that job.

  1. At the top right, click grid.svgSkills.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Jobs.
  3. Click on a job.
  4. On the top right, click on Draft and select Published.

You can unpublish a job by changing its status to Draft again.
