Platform admins can edit jobs.

Rename a job

Platform admins can rename a job.

  1. At the top right, click grid.svg → Skills.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Jobs.
  3. In the middle section, click on a job.
  4. At the top of the main section, click on the name of the job.
  5. Enter the new name.
  6. Hit the ↵ Enter key.

Edit the description of a job

Platform admins can edit the description of a job.

  1. At the top right, click grid.svg → Skills.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Jobs.
  3. In the middle section, click on a job.
  4. In the main section, below Description, click on the empty field (or on the current description, if it exists).
  5. Enter the new description.
  6. On the bottom left of the field, click SAVE.

Edit the external ID of a job

Platform admins can edit the external ID of a job. The external ID is a unique identifier, used to identify a job when using CSV imports, or API routes.

  1. At the top right, click grid.svg → Skills.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Jobs.
  3. In the middle section, click on a job.
  4. In the main section, on the right of External identifier, click on the value.
  5. Enter the new value.
  6. Hit the ↵ Enter key.

Edit the picture of a job

Platform admins can change or remove the picture of a job.

  1. At the top right, click grid.svg → Skills.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Jobs.
  3. In the middle section, click on a job.
  4. In the main section, click CHANGE PICTURE, or REMOVE PICTURE.

Add a skill to a job

  1. At the top right, click grid.svg → Skills.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Jobs.
  3. Click on a job.
  4. In the right panel, click the Skills tab.
  5. At the top right, click ADD.
    • When a job is initially created, AI automatically tries to link skills, which can take a moment. You can click Add skills by myself to manually add skills without waiting for the AI to finish.
  6. Double-click on the library and select a skill. Double-click on the skill to add it.

A job can be associated with as many skills as required.

Define the expected value of a skill for the job

Each skill requires at least one qualifier. Admins can use qualifiers to set expected values for a job. All users can use them to assess their skill.

  1. At the top right, click grid.svg → Skills.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Jobs.
  3. Click on a job.
  4. In the right panel, at the top, click the Skills tab.
  5. On the right of the skill, click on the qualifier (or its value if already defined).
  6. Edit the value.
  7. If the skill has multiple qualifiers, repeat steps 5 and 6.

Edit the weight of a skill in a job

  1. At the top right, click grid.svg → Skills.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Jobs.
  3. Click on a job.
  4. In the right panel, at the top, click the Skills tab.
  5. Next to the title of the skill, click on the weight (on the right of the qualifier).
  6. Select the new weight.

Remove a skill from a job

Removing a skill from a job will remove it from that job only. It will not remove it from any other job. The skill will not be deleted.

  1. At the top right, click grid.svg → Skills.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Jobs.
  3. Click on a job.
  4. In the right panel, at the top, click the Skills tab.
  5. On the far right of the name of a skill, click … → Delete.
