Contact your Customer Success Partner (CSP) to activate extended visibility on your platform.
Extended visibility expands which content group admins and coaches can access statistics for. It doesn't change whose data they can see.
Without extended visibility, group admins and coaches can only access statistics for content owned by their group. With extended visibility enabled:
- Group admins and coaches can access the statistics page for content owned by their group or by any publicly connected groups.
- Coaches see statistics for learners in their group.
- Group admins see statistics for learners in both their group and subgroups.
This applies to courses, paths, and path sessions. For courses, extended visibility only grants access if the course is available in the group's (or a publicly connected group's) catalog or library.
