Activate the IP address filter

Platform administrators can restrict platform access to only certain IP addresses.

This filter will also apply to users of the mobile apps, who will be able to use the app only if their device is connected through Wi-Fi, and is using one of the authorized IP addresses.

  1. In the left sidebar, hover over the platform group (the one with a golden crown), then click gear.svg Settings.
    • If settings.svg Settings doesn’t appear in your sidebar, click on the platform group first, then click settings.svg Settings in the top right of the main section.
  2. On the left, click Advanced.
  3. In the Access & Security section, check Activate IP filter.
  4. In the field Your IP, enter an IP address.
  5. Click + below the field to add another IP address.

You can add a range of IP addresses using either the asterisk (*) wildcard or CIDR notation (192.156.32.0/24).

IP addresses must be expressed in IPv4 format. IPv6 addresses are not supported.

If you've mistakenly activated the IP filter and blocked yourself out of your platform, contact us through the support widget. 🙂
