Download a course

You can download activities of a course, but not the course as a whole.

You can also download the file of a SCORM course, but you cannot transform native courses into SCORM courses.

Download a cheat sheet

You can download a cheat sheet as a PDF file.

Only text and images will be displayed in the downloaded file. Interactive content (such as Genially or SharePoint documents embedded files) will not be displayed.

1. Make the cheat sheet downloadable.
2. In the edition screen of the course, at the top of the cheat sheet, click Preview.
3. At the bottom of the cheat sheet, click Download cheat sheet.

Download a document

Download a document or video as an admin, editor, or contributor

Group admins, editors, and contributors can download documents and videos they uploaded themselves. Platform admins can download any uploaded document or video.

1. If you don't see the newsfeed, at the bottom right of the homepage, click Expand.
2. At the top right of the newsfeed, click Post a message.
3. In the dialog box, at the bottom right of the text area, click Attachment.
4. At the top, click Reuse.
5. On the right of the document or video, click Download.

Download a document as a learner

Learners can download documents that they uploaded themselves, and course documents in the format .ppt, .pdf, .doc, or .xls that were made downloadable.

1. Open a course.
2. In the left sidebar, click on a document activity.
3. On the top right of the document, click Download.

Learners can download images by right-clicking on the image and choosing Save as….

Download a video as a learner

Learners can download uploaded videos that were made downloadable by the uploader, provided they have access to at least one module where the video is used. No download button is available when playing a video inside a module. Downloads are available from the profile page only.

1. At the top right of the homepage, click your profile picture.
2. Go to the Documents tab.
3. On the right of the video, click .

Download a SCORM course

Admins, editors, and contributors can download the file of their SCORM course. SCORM courses are exported in SCORM 2004 format.

1. At the top of the homepage, click Courses.
2. On the right of a SCORM course, click Edit.
3. In the left sidebar, click on the SCORM activity.
4. On the top right of the SCORM preview, click Settings.
5. On the top right, click Download.

Download all training data (JSON format)

The account owner can download all the platform’s training data in JSON format.

The downloaded file is in JSON format, which lists course details but can be difficult to read as plain text. Use a tool like jsonviewer.stack.hu to view the contents in a readable format.

1. In the left sidebar, hover over the platform group (the one with a golden crown), then click Settings.
   • If Settings doesn’t appear in your sidebar, click on the platform group first, then click Settings in the top right of the main section.
2. In the left sidebar, click Advanced.
3. At the bottom of the page, click Download.

Below is an example of a JSON file:
