Edit a job

Platform admins can edit jobs.

Rename a job

  1. At the top of the homepage, click Skills.
  2. At the top, click the Jobs tab.
  3. On the left, click on a job.
  4. At the top of the main section, click on the name of the job.
  5. Enter the new name.
  6. Hit the ↵ Enter key.

Edit the description of a job

  1. At the top of the homepage, click Skills.
  2. At the top, click the Jobs tab.
  3. On the left, click on a job.
  4. In the main section, click Job details.
  5. In Description, click on the empty field (or on the current description, if it exists).
  6. Enter the new description.
  7. Click outside the field to save.

Edit the external ID of a job

The external ID is a unique identifier, used to identify a job when using CSV imports, or API routes.

  1. At the top of the homepage, click Skills.
  2. At the top, click the Jobs tab.
  3. On the left, click on a job.
  4. In the main section, click Job details.
  5. In External identifier, click on the empty field (or on the current value, if it exists).
  6. Enter the new value.
  7. Click outside the field to save.
