This feature requires the Skills solution. For more information, contact your Customer Success Partner (CSP).
Any user can assess themselves on a skill, or edit their current assessment. They can only assess themselves on skills with no subskills.
The user’s manager will then have to validate the mastery level.
- At the top right, click on your profile picture → Skills.
- Click on a library.
- Click on a skill.
- Skills required for your current jobs are indicated by a red asterisk (*).
- To find skills with a gap, click Skill gap to sort the list.
- To show only mandatory skills, use the Target source filter.
- In the section Assessment, select a level.
- At the bottom right, click SAVE CHANGES.
Until you’ve assessed yourself on all skills related to your job, you will have a permanent notification in the notifications center.
You can also open the skills dashboard by clicking at the top right on Notifications → N Skills to assess (N is replaced by the number of pending skills to assess).
You can follow the same steps to change your self-assessment, up to 500 times.
