Assess yourself on a skill

  • Updated

This feature requires the Skills solution. For more information, contact your Customer Success Partner (CSP).

Any user can assess themselves on a skill, or edit their current assessment. They can only assess themselves on skills with no subskills.

The user’s manager will then have to validate the mastery level.

  1. At the top right, click on your profile picture → Skills.
  2. Click on a library.
  3. Click on a skill.
    • Skills required for your current jobs are indicated by a red asterisk (*).
    • To find skills with a gap, click Skill gap to sort the list.
    • To show only mandatory skills, use the Target source filter.
  4. In the section Assessment, select a level.
  5. At the bottom right, click SAVE CHANGES.

Until you’ve assessed yourself on all skills related to your job, you will have a permanent notification in the notifications center.

You can also open the skills dashboard by clicking at the top right on bell.svg Notifications → N Skills to assess (N is replaced by the number of pending skills to assess).

You can follow the same steps to change your self-assessment, up to 500 times.
