Platform administrators and platform owners can manage API keys.
This article covers API v1, which is deprecated and will only receive limited maintenance support until mid-2027. The full API v1 reference documentation is available here: https://api.360learning.com/

Add an API v1 key
- In the left sidebar, hover over the platform group, then click
 Settings.
- If
Settings doesn’t appear in your sidebar, click on the platform group first, then click
Settings in the top right of the main section.
- If
- In the left sidebar, click API.
- On the bottom of the page, click Add API key.
- When prompted, enter a meaningful label for the API key, then click Create.
- Copy your API key somewhere safe.
You will only the API key once. We will not be able to retrieve it. - Click Close.
Each platform is limited to 25 API v1 keys.
Revoke an API v1 key
If you think an API v1 key has been compromised or if you do not use it anymore, you can revoke it.
Once an API key is revoked:
- It is permanently deleted. You will not be able to retrieve it again.
- Any integration linked to this API key will stop working.
To revoke an API v1 key:
- In the left sidebar, hover over the platform group, then click
 Settings.
- If
Settings doesn’t appear in your sidebar, click on the platform group first, then click
Settings in the top right of the main section.
- If
- In the left sidebar, click API.
- Click
Revoke in the same row as the key you want to delete.
- When prompted, click Yes, revoke.
