View the available training items for a group

Admins and coaches of a group can check the training items that can be played by learners in their group.

Two types of training items are available to learners: assigned and freely available.

View assigned training items

Path sessions can be assigned to learners (either individually or through groups).

View all path sessions assigned to a group

1. In the left sidebar, click on a group.
2. At the top of the main section, click Paths.
3. On the left side of the screen, click Path sessions.

View freely available training items

Two types of training items can be freely available to learners (through their group catalog): courses and path sessions.

View all freely available courses for a group

1. In the left sidebar, click on a group.
2. At the top of the group homepage, click Courses.

The courses with the In catalog toggle in the on position are available to learners in the group. You can switch the toggle on and off to add or remove the courses from the group catalog.

View all freely available path sessions for a group

1. In the left sidebar, hover over a group, then click Settings.
   • If Settings doesn’t appear in your sidebar, click on the group first, then click Settings in the top right of the main section.
2. Open the Library & Catalog tab.
3. In the left sidebar, click Catalog → Path sessions.
