Certificates of completion, also known as OPCO certificates, are different from program certificates or path certificates:
- Certificates of completion (or OPCO certificates) are timesheets that can be downloaded by session instructors, showing data for all users registered to the session, regardless of their progress or score. They indicate the time spent by the user in the session.
- Path certificates and program certificates can be earned by learners when they successfully complete a path or a program. You can read more about them in these articles:

There are some cases when a path won't appear in the OPCO logs:
- If a learner was assigned to the path but played the courses before being assigned to the path.
- If a path only contains child paths or programs. OPCO logs are tied to the child paths or programs, so they will not show up on the report if it is filtered by the parent path.
