Manage Go1 content retirement

  • Updated

To ensure your 360Learning library remains up-to-date, it's essential to understand how Go1 content retirements are handled.

When Go1 retires content, it's automatically archived on your 360Learning platform. Learners won't be able to play Go1 courses that have been retired, even if they are still visible in existing 360Learning paths or programs.

Go1 retirement notifications typically provide a 60-day window. To minimize learner disruption, you can subscribe to Go1 retirement alerts and, upon receiving a retirement notification, update your 360Learning paths or programs.

Subscribe to Go1 retirement alerts

  1. Log in to Learn.Go1.com as an admin.
  2. In the left panel, click Library.
  3. At the top, click Retirements.
  4. To receive notifications about retiring Go1 content, toggle the Subscribe to retirement alerts option on.
