Play a Go1 course from your 360Learning platform

  • Updated

Who can use this feature?

  • This feature requires the Go1 Integration.
  • Available on the web and mobile apps.

When a learner engages with a Go1 course, their journey begins on their 360Learning platform while the content is played on Go1, as outlined below.

For more information about how the learner statistics are synchronized, see Track statistics for Go1 courses from your 360Learning platform.

Start a Go1 course

When you click START on the course homepage in 360Learning:

  • You are redirected to the Go1 platform, where you can begin the course, provided you have the required permissions. Make sure to use the same email on both platforms.
  • Your progress will be set to 50% on 360Learning. If you leave the course without finishing it, you can click RESUME in 360Learning to continue the course on Go1.
  • On your 360Learning homepage, under the My work section, the course (or the path including the course) is moved to the Ongoing section.
  • If the course is part of a path with linear progression, you must complete it on Go1 before proceeding to the next step in 360Learning.
  • If the course is the last step in a path, you must finish it on Go1 to mark the path as completed on 360Learning.
We made multiple improvements to how course progress and completion are tracked.
  • Web app (December 19th, 2024):
If you started a course on the web app before December 19th, 2024, but didn’t finish it, the course will show as Completed with 0% progress unless you continue after this date.
  • Mobile app (December 26th, 2024):
If you started a course on the mobile app before December 26th, 2024, but didn’t finish it, the course will show as Completed with 0% progress unless you continue after this date.

Complete a Go1 course

When you complete the course on Go1:

  • The course is marked as Completed in 360Learning in near real-time. You may need to refresh the page after a few minutes to see the updated completion status.
  • If the course is not part of a path, the course is moved to the Completed section on your 360Learning homepage.
  • If the course is part of a path with linear progression, you may need to refresh the page to access the next step in the path. The statistics update happens in near real-time, but there could be a slight delay.
  • If the course is the last step to be completed in a path, you may need to refresh the page after a few minutes to finish the path. On your homepage, the path is then moved to the Completed section.

Retake a Go1 course

You may need to periodically retake a Go1 course you’ve already completed, either for compliance purposes or to refresh your knowledge. When you click START on the course homepage in 360Learning and access the Go1 course:

  • If you see a message stating the course is completed, you can do either of the following:
    • Click Do you need to re-enrol? to reset the course and start over. This step is essential to meet compliance training requirements, as it allows your new completion date to be recorded. Your previous records will be archived in Go1, but remain available in 360Learning.
    • Click Review Learning only if you want to revisit the content or check past performance. This option will not update your compliance records or count as a new completion.
  • If you don't see a message on Go1 stating the course is completed, it means an admin has already re-enrolled you. Simply retake the course, and your new completion will be automatically recorded to meet compliance requirements.
