Administrators and authors can delete and archive paths they can edit. Platform administrators can delete and archive any path.
Archive a path
Archiving a path doesn’t delete its contents nor its statistics, but prevents it from being added to new paths, and from creating new sessions. The archived path remains available in existing paths but will be hidden from search results.
To archive a path, all its path sessions must be ended.
- At the top of the homepage, click Paths.
-
On the right side of the path row, click
→ Archive.
- If you have active path sessions, you will be prompted to end the sessions before archiving the path.
- Click YES, ARCHIVE.
Restore an archived path
Archived paths can be found by filtering the Paths page to show paths with the Archived status.
- At the top of the homepage, click Paths.
- At the top left of the paths list, click
Filter.
- Under Status select Archived.
-
On the right side of the path row, click
→ Unarchive.
Delete a path
Deleting a path removes it from the learners' statistics page. A deleted path cannot be restored.
- At the top of the homepage, click Paths.
-
On the right side of the path row, click
→ Archive.
- Click CONFIRM.
