Archive a path
Archiving a path is a way to manage its availability without deleting any data. When you archive a path, its contents and statistics remain intact. However, archiving has the following effects:
- Limited availability: You can’t add an archived path to new paths, set it as a requirement for other paths, or create new sessions with it.
- Still active where used: If the path is already part of an existing path, it stays there and continues to work as usual.
- Not shown in searches: Archived paths won’t appear in search results.
To archive a path, all its path sessions must be ended.
- At the top of the homepage, click Paths.
- On the right side of the path row, click
→ Archive.
- If you have active path sessions, you will be prompted to end the sessions before archiving the path.
- Click Yes, archive.
Restore an archived path
Archived paths can be found by filtering the Paths page to show paths with the Archived status.
- At the top of the homepage, click Paths.
- At the top left of the paths list, click
Filter.
- Under Status select Archived.
- On the right side of the path row, click
→ Unarchive.
Delete a path
Deleting a path removes it from the learners' statistics page. A deleted path cannot be restored.
- At the top of the homepage, click Paths.
- On the right side of the path row, click
→ Archive.
- Click Confirm.
