Add requirements to a path

Admins, editors, and contributors can select courses or paths that learners must complete before starting a specific path. Those conditions are called requirements. You can also add requirements to courses.

Enrolling users in a path session does not take precedence over requirements: a learner enrolled in a path session must complete the requirements before being able to play the session.

Users must reach 100% progress in each requirement.

1. At the top of the homepage, click Paths.
2. On the right of the path, click Edit.
3. At the bottom of the edit path page, enable Requirements.
4. Click + Path or + Course.
5. Select the elements, then click Confirm.

To remove a requirement, click to the right of its name in the list and select Remove.
