Admins and managers can see and download the statistics for the skills of their users.
For upskilling campaign statistics, see Track upskilling campaign statistics. For skill assessment statistics, see Track skill assessment statistics. For content gap statistics, see Identify content gaps.
For all tables, only users visible by the connected user are taken into account in the statistics. If you’re a manager, visible users are the managees. If you’re an admin, visible users are members of your group.
Data updates every 6 hours.
Skill gap by skill library
- At the top of the homepage, click Skills.
- Managers: click
General analytics in the left sidebar, then click the Team’s skills tab.
- Managers: click
- Optionally, click Filter on the top left to filter by user registration date, group, user custom field, or job.
A table will display the statistics for skill libraries, with the following columns:
- Library name:Â name of the library (there must be at least one user who owns a skill in it).
- Target achievement: gauge showing the ratio between the number of required skills whose expected level is reached, over the total number of required skills with an expected level. Hover over the gauge to see the exact percentage.
- Assessment completion: average percentage of self-assessment completion of skills in that library (regardless of the validation status).
- Number of skills:Â number of skills in the library owned by at least one user.
You can export the table by clicking Download at the top right of the table. The downloaded file will show one line per user, with the same columns as the table.
Skill gap by skill
- At the top of the homepage, click Skills.
- Managers: click

- Optionally, click Filter on the top left to filter by user registration date, group, user custom field, or job.
- In the table Skill gap by skills, click on a library.
The table will display the statistics for all skills in that library, with the following columns:
- Skill name: name of the skill (there must be at least one user who owns it).
- Target achievement: gauge showing the ratio between the number of users who have the skill as required and who reached the expected level for that skill, over the total number of user who have the skill as required. Hover over the gauge to see the exact percentage.
- Level:Â average proficiency across users (regardless of the assessment status).
- Experts:Â number of users with the highest possible level on that skill. If there is at least one expert, click on the number to see the detailed list.
- Related content: number of courses and paths linked to that skill.
- Actions: button to create an upskilling campaign from that skill.
You can export the table by clicking Download at the top right of the table. The downloaded file will show one line per skill, with the same columns as the table.
Skill gap by job

- Below the Role-based skill gap graph, on the right of Skill gap by, select users.
You can click on a job to see the details per job, then on a user to see the details for a specific user.
