Edit a skill library

This feature requires the Skills solution. For more information, contact your Customer Success Partner (CSP).

Platform admins can edit skill libraries.

This article covers how to edit skill libraries from the Web interface. You can edit skill libraries in bulk, or with the API.

Rename a skill library

1. At the top right, click → Skills.
2. In the middle section, click on a skill library.
3. At the top of the main section, click on the skill library name.
4. Enter the new name.
5. Hit the ↵ Enter key**.**

Edit the external ID of a skill library

Platform admins can edit the external ID of a skill library. The external ID is a unique identifier, used to identify a skill library when using CSV imports, or API routes.

1. At the top right, click → Skills.
2. In the middle section, click on a skill library.
3. At the top of the main section, on the right of External identifier, click on the value.
4. Enter the new value.
5. Hit the ↵ Enter key**.**
