Download certificates

You can download path certificates. Certificates are part of a path. You cannot attach a certificate to a standalone course.

If a learner's account was created without a first and last name, the certificate may not display their name correctly.

• For certificates downloaded after January 28: the certificate displays [person_first_name] [person_last_name] until the learner adds their name to their profile. To fix this, ask the learner to add their first and last name to their profile, then download the certificate again.
• For certificates downloaded before January 28: the certificate displays the learner's email address instead of their name. This cannot be changed. The email address is permanently displayed on those certificates.

Download certificates of other users

Administrators, editors, and coaches of a group can download a .zip file with all the path certificates (in PDF format) obtained by users in their group. This includes only certificates that are owned by the group.

1. At the top of the homepage, click Certificates.
2. To filter the list by the learner's registration date, groups, and custom fields, click Filter at the top left of the Path Certificates section, then select your filters in the right panel and click Apply.
   When you filter by group, the list only shows the certificates that are relevant to the learners from the selected group, specifically:
   • The certificates granted to at least one learner from the selected group.
   • The certificates of paths where at least one learner of the selected group has enrolled.
3. At the top right, click Download → Download certificates as .zip.

Download certificates for a single user

As PDF files

Administrators, coaches, and editors can download the path certificates of any user in their group if the group is also the owner of the certificate. Managers can download the certificates of their managees.

1. At the top of the homepage, click Users.
2. Click on a user.
3. In the Certificates section, click on a certificate.

As a .csv list

Administrators, editors, and coaches can also download a list (as a .csv file) of certificates obtained by a user in their group.

1. At the top of the homepage, click Users.
2. Click on a user.
3. At the top right of the Certificates section, click Download.

The downloaded file shows the following columns:

• « Name »: title of the certificate.
• Date: date and hour when the learner received the certificate.

Download your own certificates

Any user can download their own path certificates.

Download a specific certificate (PDF format)

1. At the top right of the homepage, click on your profile picture, then Results.
2. In the Certificates section, click on the certificate you want to download.

Download the list of certificates (CSV format)

1. At the top right of the homepage, click on your profile picture, then Results.
2. At the top right of the Certificates section, click Download.

The downloaded file shows the following columns:

• « Name »: title of the certificate.
• Date: date and hour when the learner received the certificate.
