About suggested courses

  • Updated

When learners finish a course they played from their Catalog (not through a program session), we will suggest other courses. The ranking of courses depends on the activity of your platform.

If the Catalog is activated on your platform, and you have at least 50 courses with at least one attempt, and at least 50 users who have attempted at least one course, the ranking of courses will be:

  • First, courses that have the current course as a requirement (ordered by number of views).
  • Then, courses ordered by relevancy.
    • Relevancy is determined by our AI model, taking into account the user’s past interactions and interests.

If the Catalog is deactivated on your platform, or you have fewer than 50 courses with at least one attempt, or fewer than 50 users who have attempted at least one course, the ranking of courses will be:

  • First, courses that have the current course as a requirement (ordered by number of views).
  • Then, courses ordered by number of views.

In all cases, a course must be visible by the connected user to appear in the list of suggested courses.
