This feature requires the Skills solution. For more information, contact your Customer Success Partner (CSP).
Admins and managers can always add skills to the profile of users in their group, unless skills are assessed externally. Platform admins can additionally allow or block learners from adding skills to their own profile.
Allow learners to access their skill profile
Platform admins can allow or block learners from accessing their own skill profile. When the option is off, learners cannot open the Skills tab of their profile.
Turning the option off doesn’t delete anything: skills stay on user profiles, and learners see them again as soon as you turn the option back on.

If you have at least one unassessed skill in your profile at the end of the day, you will receive an email notification.
