The Salesforce connector synchronizes users from Salesforce to 360Learning.
Powered by Workato, a middleware orchestration system between the 2 platforms, this connector is highly configurable and provides the following features:
- User identification/reconciliation: User matching between the 2 systems is guaranteed.
- Status management: You can configure specific data from Salesforce to automatically drive the activation and deactivation of user accounts in 360Learning.
- User standard fields: Define which fields from Salesforce will automatically populate the user standard fields in 360Learning.
- User custom fields: Define which fields from Salesforce will automatically populate the user custom fields in 360Learning.
- Filtering: Use filters to synchronize only a specific subset of your population, rather than the entire directory.
- Group assignment: Define rules to automatically assign users to the correct groups within 360Learning.
- Data standardization: This feature allows you to change and standardize data to ensure it perfectly matches the requirements of 360Learning.
- Notifications: You will be automatically notified if any issues or errors occur during the synchronization process.
- Reporting: For the full synchronization, a detailed report is sent to you by email.
