Synchronize users from Salesforce

The Salesforce User Provisioning connector synchronizes users from Salesforce to 360Learning. The connector uses Workato as a middleware orchestration system between the 2 platforms. You can edit lookup tables in Workato to configure the synchronization of user fields.

This is a one-way synchronization. Upon activation, the connector will:

• Add synchronized Salesforce users to 360Learning, if they didn’t previously exist.
• Edit existing 360Learning user fields with the information from Salesforce.
• Delete 360Learning users if they are deleted in Salesforce.

The connector won’t delete or synchronize users who exist only in 360Learning.
