  1. At the top of the homepage, click chevronRight.svg→ Certificates.

Validity period Period during which a certificate is valid, in months.
Certified learners

Number of unique users who have obtained the certificate, irrespective of its validity (valid or expired) or the status of the sessions that granted the certificate (ongoing, not started, ended, or archived).

The table shows one row for each learner assigned or self-enrolled in one or more sessions leading to a certificate. If a learner is enrolled in multiple sessions, they will only appear once. Certificates linked to deleted enrollments, such as deleted path sessions, are not displayed.

For each learner, the table displays the following information:

Column Description
Learner Name and email of the learner.
Latest status

Status of the learner's most recent certificate. Possible values:

  • Valid: The certificate has been obtained and is still valid.
  • Expiring soon: The certificate has been obtained but will expire within the next 30 days.
  • Expired: The certificate has been obtained but has already expired.
  • Not obtained: The certificate has not been obtained yet.

Note: This is not the certificate status linked to their latest enrollment.

Example: If a learner earned a certificate (status: Valid) and was then enrolled in another session with the same certificate but didn't finish it (status: Not obtained), the table will still show the status as Valid because that’s the most recent certificate they earned.

Delivery date Date on which the certificate was granted (if applicable).
The delivery date remains empty if the learner has not obtained the certificate yet.
Expiration date

Date on which the certificate expires (if applicable).
The expiration date remains empty if the certificate has no validity period.
