Send messages to learners registered for a classroom slot

Send an email to learners registered for a classroom slot

Classroom instructors can send individual emails to learners about their training.

1. At the top of the homepage, click Paths.
2. On the right of a path with a classroom slot, click Edit .
3. Scroll down to the classroom slot.
4. Click  Send message to learners.
5. Select users.
6. Click NEXT.
7. Select Email.
8. In the Body field, enter your message.
9. Click SEND.

The selected learners will receive an email with a link to the training.

Create a post in the group's newsfeed of learners registered for a classroom slot

Classroom instructors can remind learners about their training through their group's newsfeed.

1. At the top of the homepage, click Paths.
2. On the right of a path with a classroom slot, click Edit .
3. Scroll down to the classroom slot.
4. Click  Send message to learners.
5. Select users.
6. Click NEXT.
7. Select News feed.
   A default post with a link to the classroom slot and a mention of the selected users appears.
8. (Optional) Edit the message as needed.
9. (Optional) Select the group where the post is published:
   1. Click the group name below the post.
   2. In the dialog box that opens, select the desired group.
   3. Click CONFIRM.
10. Click SEND.

The post is published in the selected group.
